Our team has been taking pictures of the conference this week, I thought I’d share a handful here. More are posted on our photo site if you’re interested.

Come on guys. Some demos of E3 might be restricted to show only at E3 because they could be on an early stage or something like that.
I also think we need more demos but just enjoy what you have. They have the hands full of this E3, and they even take the time to enter the Blog.

Great, thanks for the pics? They look awesome.
Patrick, Can you tell me what Video Camera was used to record the Developer interview videos that are on PSN? They look awesome. I am looking to get an HD cam and was just wondering.

Patrick you’re on point with the blog business. So far two of my older brothers have picked up their PS3. Now all we have to do is get my little brother one for Christmas. =D

When is the release date? I was hoping to get a PSP for my birthday in September. I’d much rather get one of these new models.

I like the picture of a triumphant Chewbacca holding up a PSP. It kind of sums up the entire Press Conference for me.

nice Job Sony at least you showed us games unlike the *Caughmsoftcaugh* camp and not excersize equipment ~_~ (i goto the gym for that). Just as a frame of reference from some of my non-playstation fans that where watching(some of which i might be able to convert after this wave of gameplay trailers though: would have been nice to have more of those games be ‘a guy/girl’ playing a little bit. and less in trailer form, trailer form might be more professional looking, but actual gameplay would have been nice in lue of some of the gameplay trailers. Otherwise that was a very nice conference. Thank you.

My first thought glimpsing at Jack Tretton’s PSP was during E3 was: that things got a lot of smudge marks!!
Still going to get one though.

My dream come true. A Star Wars-themed PSP! I really like that Darth Vader image on the back of it. And the good thing is, I don’t have a PSP yet. I might pick this one up if I have enough money. There are just too many things I want to buy.

Nice E3 for Sony, I think they totally stole the show.
However we are left wondering, what’s next for the XMB upgrades? We missed any kind of update last week and today is looking equally empty.

Solace | July 12th, 2007 at 3:27 pm
@cobrapinto
what are you talking about? i just checked the Store and Nucleus is just came out today (unless i missed it the other week).
seriously, though, even if there wasn’t a new game, you’re gonna complain about not having a new game during the week of E3? are you serious? did you not see all the videos from E3 yesterday? sheesh - why don’t you ask for blood while you’re at it…
33
COBRAPINTO | July 12th, 2007 at 3:34 pm

Great pics!! I’m downloading them all to put on my PS3 so I can watch them back in a few years time.
The E3 that gave Sony the upper hand again…
And a big thanks to SCEE for only offering a value pack to europe. I bought one at launch and a price drop after just 4 months wouldn’t be royal to me and the current install base here in europe.

WorldGenesis | July 12th, 2007 at 4:47 pm
XD Wouldn’t be funny if it was Phil Harrison in that wookie suit?

Deathalo | July 12th, 2007 at 4:57 pm
Wow, it’s definitely a different look for E3, interesting. I kinda miss the LA convention center though. Oh well, we’ll get that this oct. at E4All.

Nice pics, but please release some new demos on PSN ASAP.

indigovenom | July 12th, 2007 at 7:52 pm
Hmm, you know we need to stop praising them for this, first of all: these pics are nice but having pics does nothing for me if i can’t use them as a WALLPAPER FOR MY PS3!! Dude, can you please throw that into the mix of update 1.83. I’m really getting tired of looking at the “floating ribbon background color changing thing” its really frustrating to look at when i know that it could look sooo much better with a Heavenly sword background. Also, maybe we should do a petition on this blog and have everyone just post, “where are the demos” maybe then we will get some. SOOOOOOOOOOOO I’ll start by saying:
WHERE ARE THE DEMOS?
41
PS3_is_cool | July 12th, 2007 at 8:32 pm
WE NEEEEEED DEMOS!!!!!! WHERE ARE THE DEMOS?!? WE NEEEEED DEMOS!!! DON’T CARE ABOUT PICS WHEN THEIR ARE VIDEOS I CAN WATCH!!! WE NEEEEED DEMOS!!!

SONY!!!: why does the PSP have infra-red? it’s the biggest mystery about the PSP to me.

DevilWillcry | July 13th, 2007 at 2:07 am
off topic, but I just heard that DMC4 is getting a demo for XBL even though all fotage of the game has been from the PS3 build, so why is the demo not coming to PSN? It seems like it would have been more likely to get a PSN demo, so why are we not getting it?
Sony you have to do somthing about this, this is NOT good. You had an AWESOME E3 and I am looking forward to LittleBigPlanet, MGS, and KZ2 very much now. However, I really want you guys to be more agressive about getting 3rd party demos on the PSN. It is just sad that a game that is much further in development on PS3 (DMC4) is confirmed to have a demo on XBL and a PSN demo is “unconfirmed”? WTF Sony, please get third party demos up on PSN! This game is important to myself and many others, its bad enough that you guys already let it go to the 360.

gamesblow | July 13th, 2007 at 2:54 am
Nice pics… Of happy times. It’s a shame what you all are doing with this whole price cut thing, though. I hope I’m overreacting, but everyone seems to think that you’re just dropping price at the moment and then are discontinuing the modle everyone has. That’s a joke. You all win and win big and then lose everything because of these steps. It won’t affect me, I already have a Ps3. 160 gig one at that… but it will affect the 11 milion people you wanted to sell it to this year.. Remember those numbers?
49
mustaphadamus | July 13th, 2007 at 4:13 am
Sony,
Is it true you guys will no longer be making the 60 GB PS3 and after all stock of those in north America are sold out, we will only have the 80 GB? So is the price cut only temporary then?

Guanuma | July 13th, 2007 at 4:25 am
