I think the comments that start and end with “[...]” are from some sort of spam bots…

Check it out Sony.

You guys had an absolutely amazing E3 conference, and I’m not just saying that because I’m a Sony fan, it really was the best of the 3 in my opinion. As with most of the world though, I like the old E3 style & setup much better.

What did the developers say after they saw Bioshock? At the moment that’s about the only reason I’d consider another console… can I get a show of hands of people who’d like to see it on the PS3?

Sony had a great E3. They were all about the games. I’ve been with sony since the ps1 days and they havent let me down yet. Great job, Sony.

Not sure if Patrick is still reading this but I tried putting this into the email but I guess it was too big.

I don’t understand why SCEA thinks that the US gaming market is so different from the UK and Japanese markets?

I have numerous issues which have yet to be officially addressed by a Public response from Sony on the blog or through the mainstream media. The lack of response makes me as well as other consumers concerned as to weather or not Sony knows what the US gamers want?

1. PS1 games on the US Playstation Store is sorely lacking and there’s no information as to when this will be addressed. Looking at the Japanese PS Store it’s flooded with games to put on your PSP and Play on your PS3. Why are lacking in this area?

2. Voice Chat from first party SCEA games like MLB07 the show or downloadable PSN games. What reason would Sony Q&A allow games from first party studios to lack voice chat? This is only causes the fans to lose more and more confidence in Sony and the Playstation hardware.

3. My biggest personal issue as well as many others in the playstation community. The lack of direction and insight when it comes to the PSP.
You’ve got the price right, and the hardware is amazing but you lack the ability to inform people of it’s capabilities, and you refuse to provide the tools necessary to make it a mass market device. This is causing you to lose market share and blemish the first impression many psp owners have with the system.

News Flash!
Ipod and apple are a success because of ease of use not because it’s an amazing product.

- Release a more up to date functional version of media manager with sonic stage connect built in to the UI, for free with the purchase of a PSP. People should have to be tech heads to get content on their PSP.

- Get the lead out and release this video/music service sooner than later, you’ve delayed way too long.

- Finally your studies with regards to the number of colors to release and the colors which SCEA should put out are completely alienating a huge audience of gamers. Females game just as much as Males do but Black, Silver and White without Pink is just foolish. I would go so far as to say that you could replace Silver with Pink.

I would love to see an official response on this blog with regard to what’s sony stance on all of these issues, and in particular PSP colors.

How about adding some more colors to that Poll as well?

If there’s no demand for those votes should so it.
