That’s how skateboarding in real life is. You have to practice for hours a day before you’re really comfortable on your board. I’m sure the feel of this game will be similar in the sense that it takes a while to get used to.

So my system update keeps failing at 4% - np i’ll go download it off the site and update via usb, oh wait it’s still 1.92 - I need 1.93 thats odd you would think they are smart enough to update it on the website in case things like this happen to good paying customers like myself - ok i’ll call customer support and have them e-mail it to me.. Oh wait they are no longer taking calls right now, call back later they said - but i want to play my Warhawk? I guess im [DELETED]. Thanks Sony! I will go play my 360 now and maybee later this company will get their act together.

I’m being screwed over royally with this update. Fails at 4% cant dl it from the website cause its still 1.92, cant get a CSR on the phone because they are no longer takin calls, cant play Warhawk because i need to update the firmware. This is horrible.

Having played the TH series, i can tell you that anyone who’s actually skated before will most likely prefer this game over the arcade style stuff.

The realism makes it a lot more gratifying. The control scheme has a learning curve but that’s true of most new control ideas.

Can you show the size of a download in the Playstation store in the description of the item? Some of us still pay by the megabyte, and I’ve started a number of downloads just to cancel them again when I see the size of the download.

Nice update. Pixel Junk racers should have been 5usd, at most. Sony, please adjust your prices, like some posts say.

Lair seriously needs a demo. We don’t have rentals where I live.

Any chance PSstore will accept Paypal, like Steam? I will buy 5x more if you did that!

These updates are a joke. SCEA is acting like they are doing us a favor, when xbox already has their s*** together.My ps3 just sits there collecting dust. Im glad i got it as a gift, because i would have never bought it. Go XBOX! Mark my words, PS3 is gonna be a thing of the past on September 25th. Everyone is gonna follow the “Halo Nation.”

OMFG please, stop with the sports demos. Please, these are 360 things, keep them to it. I mean, some people may want some sports for the Ps3 but that’s all we’ve had for the past 4 updates! (maybe 3)…Get us some stuff you know we want on our PS3, (you know what PS3 users want and it’s not sports). Nice that we are getting bigger updates, but that’s like getting more quantity over quality. Big time. Hope the trailers and wallpapers are good. Cheers for upcoming good times for the PS3.

DON’T stop the sports demos. More demos and content is always great. But bad news, PS3 is outsold more than 2:1 by XBOX 360 in the month of August and this is without Halo. PS3 is dead.

Great. All my downloads are frozen again. Just like last week. And the week before last week. If I sit here and repeatedly Pause/Resume, every few minutes I can DL another 3MB before the thing stops again.

I’ll be back next week to post the same thing. And I’ll be back again the week after next week. Unless… *gasp* Sony DOES something about it.

Patrick said that they got the demo last week. that doesn’t mean it was ready to go up on the PlayStation Store right away. it’d be like driving by cows in the field, and demanding hamburgers right away. there’s some steps in between that have to be completed first.

Why is it that the downloads keep freezing at random percentages. It seems the only way to kick start them back up is to pause them for a decent amount of time and then resume them.

Many users are experiencing this as you can read on the playstation.com message boards. This didn’t happen prior to 1.92 and it is quite a pain because it defeats the purpose of background downloading seeing as you have to keep an eye on them

Any idea of a cause or a fix to this?

Nice, Thank you for the FIFA demo, I could not believe it was actually comming. I just hope soon we can get the Winning Eleven demo, or R&C. You guys are really making it enjoyable to own a PS3. I’m always looking forward to thursdays now, eagerly waiting to see what next great thing will you guys upload next.

Now if only you guys could get more PS1 games.

My 1.93 update keeps getting an error (80028E07) a connection to the server could not be established when I reach 4% downloaded. Please try and remedy the problem guys.

So, you have an automatic update on the PSN for 1.93, on the link to the update on this webpage, it’s for 1.92, and the link to the update from the Playstation3 symbol is 1.90.

Someone needs to get their act together cleaning up this website.

Great update, been great updates for the past few weeks. Any word on the PlayStation Eye though, we can use it in the Poker game, correct?

Also, any news on the PSone games? Is SCEA going to be putting anymore onto the store or are you guys working hard on a PSP PS store?

Loved that you heard the communities cries for the demos, music for Lair and wallpapers, keep them coming. As a teacher would note to their hard working student - Keep up the good work!

Another great update. Its nice to see lots of content coming to the PS3 in a far form variety. From trailers to demos and to even Music as it seems so that indeed is very cool to see game music show up for those of us who are Original Score fans.

As far as the icons go, although I like that were changing them around, I would say that on my Sony 60″ SXRD at 1080p, those icons dont look too hot…

If the PS3 is all about HD (and believe me,im a HD Junkie) lets pump out some better icons or higher resolution icons and photoshop work like that can be done on the damn cheap.

The PS3 is at make or break point in its life. People can say what they want… but it’s true. These 6 to 8 hour games “Lair, Heavenly Sword and Uncharted” are not helping the cause. We’re buying a 500 to 600 dollar system for 6 hour long games. Sounds real inticing to the hardcore gamers out there… You know, the only one’s with the money to burn or willing to burn on the PS 3 SONY?

You need to drop price… Simple as that. I can’t believe all the mistakes Sony has made inside of just 1 year. I’m no analyst, well… alright, I am… but I can clearly see where Sony is in need of a better PR team. Kaz and Phil are cool, but Jack needs work and the other guy is leaving.

The PSN is almost non exsistany. PEople who buy this thing, out side of the hardcore, don’t even know it’s there. Educate, Sony. You’re not reaching anyone by your creepy ass “Play beyond” junk.

Your store prices have become atroucious, aswell. Xbox 360 dominated all 3 of your Ps2, PSP and PS3 brands last month. Halo’s out this month. Kiss your ass g’bye, basically.

I’m keeping my Ps3 to experience Ratchet and Clank “probably 8 hours of gameplay” and Uncharted “7 hours of gameplay” and if things don’t change…. I’m out. Simple as that.

This is the only place we can really say what we want to you Sony… Are you listening? I doubt it.

Ey dude they give us what they can at the time and its better to have good downloads and Free stuff at least you dont have to pay like on the 360 to have them, those games are not made by Sony they made from 3rd companys that make those games and we are getting the first games from those companys give it 2 or so more games and we would get our 60 or so hours of game play (final fantasy)
