Lately I’ve been trying to organise with friends to play games online, and what would be really handy is a shared Calendar that your friends can access, so you can show when you’ll be on and what you want to play.
Go Ski for $2.99 is great along with the Simpsons demo. Buying the Simpsons regardless so the wife and I have somthing to play together.

You already can buy a full featured “proper” PS3 (unlike XBox 360) that has BC for PS2 games since day one. The lesser featured version with 20GB had already been phased out quite some time back.
So the only thing stopping you from getting a PS3 is the rumble feature found in the controller which btw had only been recently announced by Sony to be in the upcoming Dual Shock 3.
It is indeed very strange to base your purchase of a next-gen system that plays Hi-Def Blu-Ray movies, comes with wifi/wireless communications, build-in 80GB HDD, plays PS2 and PS1 games etc on solely whether it has the rumble feature in a controller which you can separately buy whenever it’s released.
Just doesn’t sound logical to me.

I too was going to wait for the PS3 to get it’s rumble back before purchasing just so I wouldn’t have to spend the any extra money on a controller with rumble but as soon as I heard that they were phasing out the 60GB PS3 with the EE in it I knew I had to get it before it was gone because in my mind B/C is way more important than rumble. Although now I really wish they were using the new tech by immersion but I do believe it is for the sake of having rumble for there Back Catalog of PS1 & PS2 games and if that is the reason than that is good enough for me. I just wish we didn’t have to wait till spring 08 for it.

They just Announced that the Lair score is available for Purchase on itunes so if you want you can purchase it there.

When Home comes out, the PS3 will clearly be the best value for consumers ever in this industry. (in addition to the most capable system).
How about doing the update earlier in the day so there is more time to play around with the new stuff.

browsing through the various blogs says to me…clear the tracks here comes playstation….cvg a company that does not care forcard type games is awestruck by eye of judgment….in japan they have sold half a million psps in two weeks…the playstation eye one blog says it has incredible. potential..makes me feel good as always knew this is a process not just a one trick pony..i dare them now to say i am on the wrong bandwagon

What do you know…yet another week without any PSOne games!! What a surprise!! And I’ll ask the question again although I ask every week and never get an answer. Where are the PSOne emulators? We haven’t had a single one since Castlevania SotN! Why does Europe and Japan get them but we don’t? I know I am not the only one wondering this but no matter how many people ask there are still no answers!!
I dont mean to be rude but can I ask, where the hell is the Pro Evo Soccer 08 demo for PAL users? Konami have said Sony has the demo and its been on Xbox Live for well over a week!!

when will I be able to download the content really want to play the simpsons demo
If you check the job listings on this website, there are over 70 job openings.
That could be a possible reason to no PS1 games, delayed demos and all around…blandness.
It’ll all come in time…just let Sony get back on their feet.
When will the psn demos be available for download? I dont see why it takes so long for sony to do anything. U announced them yesterday, but here we are today and it will probably take you all all damn day to upload the demos. I would rather just pay for the psn service like xbl rather than deal with a half-ass psn. You all dont even put ps1 games on the site anymore. That entire plan was bs from the start. And what the hell are you all at sony doing with the psp? What was the last demo that system saw? Why dont the u.s. customers get the tv tuner and camera. That would make me actually wanna keep this thing. Come on sony, I am a sony consumer but this s#*$ is getting old.
everyone has been patient sony. atleast respond to people’s questions about the ps1 games on the ps3 and psp. what happened? why wont u release a user official emulator for psp where users can upload there own ps1 games since u all obviously dont care. You should also update the ps3 so that we can play our own music behind the games. most game music sucks; especially in sports games

sony we need more content …i didnt buy the ps3 just to buy all the games on my 360….why u guys cant put old games in the ps3 store like 360 and the wii….or game add-ons … i dont see the problem…the other system add content almost every day..the simpsons will be the first demo ps3 has had before 360,but by the time it gets uploaded 360 will beat u guys 2 the punch
