@201 grognard66
“on future PSN weekly release blog postings indicate the regions the content is available for under each item.”
Please tell me you’re joking.
This is the SCE”A” blog.
Three guesses which region it’s for; first two don’t count.

Why are the Guitar Hero III packs $6.25? They are both free for XBox 360?

Sorry…..
It’s not Jack Tretton who I dislike but rather it’s Howard Stringer, Ceo of SONY Corp. Sorry, Jack, my apologies.
As much as I dislike Mr. Stringer who came up with the famous line, “If the PS3 doesn’t succeed and fails, it failed only because it was the “Mercedes” of the gaming industry. Who could ever forget that statement. It’s is one of the dumbest and most un-profound things I have heard in a long time and it really “hurt” the company coming from an executive officer of SONY Corp. Enough, with how much disdain I have for this guy. I am at least happy to report that he is refraining from the nonsense he said earlier and is redeeming himself quite nicely. 1. He downplayed the format war saying that it was pretty much done unitl paramount decided to go with HD-DVD. 2. He flatout stated that the Playstation 3 is coming back up again, very nice Mr. Stringer. 3. His overall attitude now seems to be more positive on the outlook of the Playstation 3. If he keeps this up, maybe I’ll forgive him for that bone-headed statement he made ealier this year.
On a lighter note, the playstation 3 version of Call of Duty 4 has a better metacritic and user metacritic score than its Xbox 3 fix mees counterpart. In several of the reviews that users posted, many pointed out that a friend or someone they new had it on the 3 fix mee and that it was obvious that the PS3 version was superior to its inferior counterpart. I finally feel like this company has responded to the bullying of Microsoft and their 3 billion dollar viral campaign to kill the PS3 and Wii for that matter. It’s sad that the game is being marketed in most adds with Xbox 360 version in veiw. Rest assured, your hard work is paying off, as many developers are now praising PS3 and denying it as being “impossible” to develop for. This company is amazing and will be the achievers of an “unprescedented” accomplishment in gaming; winning a remarkable 3 console generations in a row! Goooo! Sony, Gooooo!!!!

I love the fact that the network has game add ons, but I’m wondering if there will be more for games such as Genji, Heavenly Sword and lair?
