Lame update, as usual… but can I ask you 7 million ps3 owners a question? What the hell are you doing with your systems? ause you obviosuly aren’t buying games for it. Uncharted, R&CFTOD both bombed huge… 2 of the best games ever made and you idiots didn’t buy them. Why even own a ps3 if you’re only going to buy garbage multiplatform games? This is a piece a’ damn joke! Insomniac and Naughtydog will probably stop making games for ps3 now thanks to you morons!
Uncharted bombed here, Japan and U.K. now… It only sold 7 thousand in japan, while Lost Oddesy sold 40,000. So, Ps3 and Sony as a whole are losing to Xbox 360 all over the world now. Must be a great feeling. Hey, Sony… why don’t you spend more time hyping up your system specs and games again?? What a joke!
I really want to try beats. from what i’ve heard its a pretty good game to mess around with.

@Gamesblow – why do you care how well a game does, or if the PS3 outsells the 360? Sell your PS3 and become a 360 owner/fanboy. I’ll continue enjoying my PS3 and all the great games ALREADY out on it.

Take your time Sony, I’d rather wait you get the majority of the bugs out than sending out a patch and it be buggy and I’m not able to play my ps3 at all.
For the classics I’d suggest having subfolders for the company. So if you release an Final fantasy it goes in squaresoft/squareenix, tekken 2/3 under namco.
Where is the mascot of our system, not that I play crash games but I have always wondered if mario is nintendo, sonic is sega, xbox not sure but I guess it would be a halo character. Where is our new crash game even though tools of destruction is a great game where is crash. Do we have a mascot? Now that I think about crash wasn’t out when ps1 first released battle arena toshi…. and a few other games were.

Take a look, Crash has been “pimped out” to another company and is no longer Sony exclusive….

Thank you for the heads up, I really did not know about that. So does Sony(PS3) even have a mascot anymore? Thats pretty insane we have a few games out there that have stayed with sony. GT, Tekken, can’t remember if jet moto was another, I know devil may cry is with both systems and is capcom’s kid. Trying to think if any game at all do we have a front man like mario/sonic/(random xbox character).
The blog should have a place where we can request ps1 and ps2 games or arcade games or w/e. You could add a monthly poll.

The PC Playstation store is really a godsend. Once it’s intergrated to the PSP itself its going to realllllly take off.
Just one question though. When are the movie and music part of the PS Store going to be launched?
The 360 Video Marketplace is doing well, and since Sony is really involved in Movies and Music, it should be a no-brainer, right? RIGHT?

To whom this may concern,
Before the 2.01 FW update my PS3 turned off after quitting remote play. Now after quitting remote play via my PSP, my PS3 is left on and doesn’t turn off until user input is used. Can this and will this be fixed? Thanks.
Great Update, I love HV Bowling with the in game music XMB. But where is Home Open Beta? Phil Harrison said before 2008 ALL Ps3 users would get Open Beta for HOME. I really want to see what I can do in that game. I don’t care if it’s incomplete. I want to tell SCEA what they could add in it. I do like the PSN Store update but also, when are they gonna change the layout of the PSN Store? It is lame. Seeing the same screen layout for over a year now. It is better in Europe they have a Vista like interface with 3d Icons that move with the d-pad, I have seen it on the web dudes. I really Want to get into the Home Universe and join my buddies that have HOME Beta. They never tell me about anything in it per TOS aggreement. But they do say it’s FAR from done. Lots of closed off areas they can’t explore. Just bowling and and their Virtual Apt. since May 2007. Anyways SCEA if you read this, for the love of God Release Open Beta for Home. All of us should very well be involved since its gonna be our world in 2008, we all need to have a say in it’s creation.
You guys shouldn’t hold your breath with FF7 being released like this. I think Square will probably release it for the PSP but not through the PSN, but just like they did with FFTactics. Sound right, no?
Wild Arms is a great start. Alundra and Legend of Legaia next please. Also get Parappa and Lammy up there.
Legend of Legaia is a classic rpg that only a few people played for the psx. I loved that game. I would download that if it ever came to the psn store.

Lost oddesy sold well because its an RPG. Wait it didnt sell well.. 40k is $hit.
The ps3 is selling at around 45k weekly vs X360 at 5k in japan.
Dont get me started with the OTHER regions.
IN total the ps3 sold about 160k IN OTHERS
and X360 about 100k
Without the U.S microsoft would be destroyed by the ps3.

I know this probably wont get a response but it’s worth a try. Is it possible for you to change the way we add money to our wallet? Only being able to add 5 dollars for games that cost 5.99 is a bit ridiculous. That way you have to add 10 dollars and even then you couldn’t buy two games. It seems like a cheap tactic to get you to add more money, not cool, not cool at all. I know it might seem like I am ungrateful but I am not. When it comes to money I don’t have much of it, I don’t want it to be wasted.
about the themes, I know you can make it but is more easy to do it in the ps3 than in the psp but anyway I don’t have to much time for that so I ask that please. make theme for grow up users like a multimedia theme or something, and in the ps3 too, hate themes about games, I’m not that kind of guy.
Now, about the topic, keep it in the good work, this store in the pc is what the psp need it since the beginning. If you update it like the PSN it will be triumph for you.
Now what you need is the PSN Cards. Japan now have the Eddie Cards, bring it worldwide please, I don’t have problem with my mastercard here in Puerto Rico but yes many latin people.

We need more PSP info! We need Sony to post info on upcomeing firmwares, games, and of course hardware! Alot of stores have posted things like PSP slim Battery chargers comeing from Sony this month, as well as other new things comeing from Sony. Any chance we can get info on these before they hit the streets? Also more info on games! IE we wan’t more info on Wipeout: Pulse, and Secret Agent: Clank, as well as more PSP store plans and info!
