I dunno how much the discs that ps3 games are on cost. But what about just downloading PS3 games? Could that be a possibility so games can be back down to their $50 days?

Great Update!

And to those who keep calling for custom soundtracks, and in game xmb and messaging. THEY KNOW.

How bout instead we ask for new things, or give them diffrent ideas?

Like a sleep timer for the system- in case you are watching a movie to fall asleep to. Or a function to install certain programs as a screensaver (Auquatopia, Mesmorize, the various music visualizer)
Or a random option on the themes.

WOO-HOO!!!!!

NEW EYE GAMES!!!!

FINALLY!!!

glad to see you guys still supporting the EYE!! Hopefully next year will have lots of new titles for the Eye, like the ability to manipulate the XMB using just your hand movements, like in the tech demo you guys showed here on the blog!

So everyone here always says what they want in these update threads, so here is mine:

NEW VISUALIZATIONS FOR WHEN WE LISTEN TO MUSIC!!

The new planet is cool, but still, we need some new visualizations!!! ANd some setting we can control, instead of totally random…

Winamp is a free program for computer that ships with TONS of great visualizations…heck even Windows Media Player has WAAAAY more than the superpowered PS3…..

I love the trippy colors one that shipped with the PS3, but it’s time for more and better ones!

MY 2 cents!!

cheers and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

Great PS Store update! Of the downloadable games released in this update, my fav has to be Trials of Topoq. Incedentally, I tried playing ToT while holding 2 plain white straws, and discoverd that their use enhances ball control.

@108

I’m with you man in your comment… they need to keep supporting the EYE, I just don’t want to fall like the one from the ps2…
About the visualizations thats true too… even the psp let me choose my visuals and not just random… and need more cool ones too… they need to create more fun game for the eyes and a screensaver with the eye like the some Vaios have

I’m probably going to keep posting this question on just about every psp/sony forum I come across. Maybe someone will take notice.

When will the playstation store allow Mac access?

How can I purchase anything if I’m not allowed to download? This doesn’t seem to be very good business since to cut off some computer users.

Where is the GH III “We Three Kings” song, it’s not appearing on my Australian Playstation store. Very dissapointed, I’d say something about switching my christmas PS3 for an xbox that will let me play the song, but that would seem childish, and well, I like the BluRay exclusive movies.

SONY YOUR PS3 is an awsome machine, i love using it for the games and media streaming.

the 1 area which i feel that sony really needs to work on is a re-design of playstation store!

for me the store at the moment looks very much like a quick solution for getting content to the user.

you’ve create a smooth, sleek easy access XMB, why doesnt this design just flow on the playstation store.

if you sort this then a major step forward can be taken in having a complete system, apart from the occasional firmware update which is neccessary in improving the system further, then i feel sony dont really have much more to answer for and the only people who need to do the work is the developers of the games.

Come on Sony i know you can do it.
