I tried sending this to your ‘email us’ link, but it wouldn’t let me.
Besides the obvious in-game XMB/Soundtracks, here’s a list of suggestions that could make the firmware near perfect.

Add a ‘copy all’ and ‘copy multiple’ function to save files for PS1/2 virtual memory cards and ps3 games.
When transferring albums by mp3, all information is retained (artist, album, comments, track number), however when you transfer albums by AAC only the song title is retained. Is it possible to recognize AAC files the same way the PS3 does for mp3?
This has to do with the last suggestion, make an “edit all/multiple” function for music, photo, video, and game files. I spent so much time editing my AAC albums typing in the artist and album name over and over again for each file.
Make a more refined folder structure for the music (and I guess video, photo, and game) section. It would be nice to view folders by Artist, and then by Album folders.
Add the ability to sort files (specifically the games) in the order that you want them. I hate to mention the Wii, but sort of like how they do it, you can move the files in whatever order you want. For example, I have Superstardust HD in the middle of my folder, I’d like it near the top.
Add more color options for the XMB, the PSP has tons of color options.
Make RGB Full Range the default for people who set up with HDMI. Too many assholes out there giving misguided comparisons between 360 games.
Add PSEye functionality to the music visulaizer, something like Mesmerize would be really cool.
Play videos individually, and in groups.
How about adding some more icons for our accounts?

+ FeaturePreacher on January 24th, 2008 at 1:44 pm said:

Liked the pixel junk monsters theme since it added new key tones. In fact any themes with new key tones are good. While you’re at it, you should get the mesmerize and ratchet & clank theme as well, since they add new key tones.

Hopefully the club demo will be good.

It goes without saying the DMC4 demo will be awesome as well as the game. No convincing needed here about DMC4, you’ve already got someone here buying it for the PS triple.

OK, I guess. Nice to have the DMC4 demo, though I already ordered it for purchase. Jet Moto 2? NO SPANK YOU! Another crappy PS1 game.

Well . . . I think PixelJunk Monsters is awesome. Good job, guys.

Thanks for the update this week. Jam packed and I only wish SCEE picked up on the DLC and demos which Japan and America supply weekly to their respective stores because the UK stores content is a joke.

Anyways, do you have any idea when echochrome is coming to the PLAYSTATION Store? Its down for a March release for Japan and this game is the DLC I have been waiting for since E3 2007.

Are you planning to release more PlayStation Classics from the Greatest Hits catalogue and why not release PlayStation 2 Originals too? Maybe add in a FW Update?

Thanks for the updates and keep it up!
