Eric, hello again! I have great news that I’m going to share with the rest of the community here. About the problem that I had earlier, it was fixed when I downloaded and installed the Holiday Add-On, which put the GDU to 1.10. I’m going to install the other add-ons when I get them later.

Thanks for looking into the problem and for others that have this problem, give it a try.

Eric – fantastic game, fantastic story! Any chance we’ll be receiving a quest to unlock “past memories”…. aka cinematics mode???

It is a real shame that your cutscenes – some of the greatest I’ve ever seen – to be hidden away from view!

Would also love some minigames in an add-on. Perhaps played vs. patrons of the pub, or our friends online.

But thanks all the same for this lovely creation called Folklore.

@arnzz: thanks for the tip however yes I bought the game in Italy and the add-on from the European store.
I installed and can actually see the quests but they are not selectable… I though I need the previous packs to play this one but there were no requirements mentioned in the store so… no clues.

First post here and very new to gaming on PS3…

@#48: I bought Folklore when I was in Asia, and it seems that the add-on packs on the European store are not compatible with the Asian English version of the game. Check that your game and store are from the same region.

@Eric: Is there a way to get these add-on packs to work for another region? And why are they region locked in the first place? Hope you can answer, can’t wait to experience even more of Folklore…

Hello,
I bought the Belgae pack but am not able to play it, where can I find some support about this?
I tried asking in the forum but no one was able to help out.

These are very nice additions and the character concept of the game is truly beautiful as is the environment, so dreamy and colorful.

I have a question about the downloadable add-ons. Aside from the free Holiday one, will the pay-to-download add-ons ALWAYS be available in the Playstation Store, or will they disappear?

I have a feeling that if SCEA passes on Coded Soul for PSP, XSEED may be interested in picking it up.

(#43 Eric) No plans to bring the PSP game to the US? Noo!!! I really hope that changes. Oh yeah, and don’t forget the review score that I give it: a 10/10.

Just between you and me, is the team even considering a possibility of another installment or sequel to this? And do you consider this game a success? I really hope it sold well.

Eric, we’d love to see parts of the book on the blog. However, gamers would love to be able to get their hands on these art books and not just the press. I saw some amazing press kits for Heavenly Sword and Uncharted. I just wish gamers would get equal treatment as well as the press. We are the ones who pay for the games after all.

I also have a question about the packs. It seems that I’m missing the Faery cloak for Ellen from the Alchemist Pack. I have the Cloak of the Deep. Do I unlock the new cloak by playing the new downloadble quests for Ellen?

Look forward to hearing more about the new packs that will be coming to the US store shortly. Can you say how many more we should expect?
