Buzz Your Way to a New Bravia

Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to answer the Buzz! The Hollywood Quiz questions last week. You can find the answers listed below. While we gave you a small taste of what Buzz! The Hollywood Quiz was all about, we thought we’d challenge you a little further to see just how up to speed you really are on Hollywood culture. And this time prizes are involved! In celebration of the Oscars and the upcoming release of Buzz! The Hollywood Quiz, we’ll be hosting a contest on Tuesday (tomorrow) beginning at 12:00 PM PST. We’ll post full details of the contest tomorrow, but here’s a quick rundown:
- The contest will kick-off tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12th beginning at 12:00 PM PST and will last until 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, February 12th.
- 10 questions from the game will be featured.
- The first person that gets all 10 questions correct will be the Grand Prize Winner and will receive a 37” BRAVIA M series HDTV.
- The second person to get all 10 questions right will receive the limited edition white PlayStation 2 SingStar bundle, along with a copy of Buzz! Hollywood and SingStar 90’s.
- The third person to get all the answers correct will receive a copy of Buzz! Hollywood and SingStar 90’s for PlayStation 2.
So, it’s lights, camera, action this tomorrow and one of you will be sitting pretty watching the Oscars on February 23 … happy buzzing!

What i want to know is can Canadians take a shot at the prizes or is it limited to the US due to “legal issues” (translation: the lawyers don’t want to deal with sending the prizes across the border).

hmmmm, makes me wish for some downloadable Game Shows on the PSN… how about getting some Jeopardy! or Wheel of Fortune on the PSN?? new puzzles and content could be updated regularly.. that’d be a fine idea…

Holy Carp is right! A friggin’ HDTV??? Man, I’ve been playing my PS3 on an SDTV for a year now. This would really be nice. Probably won’t be me though- I only got one of those questions (technically) right last time. Shame…

I would give anything to win a Bravia LCD TV, it would like a belayed Christmas present. I’ve worked so hard in supporting Sony over the years.

I knew all the questions last time!, so I really hope it’ll be me!. Heh. My main problem is timing, though; because I’m pretty busy tomorrow.
Oh well, I guess is good for someone who doesn’t own an HDTV to get it instead of me though. Heheh.

I might just toss my chips in just for the hell of it to see if I can get a nice Sony HDTV for free! I mean that would rock so had!
Plus my dad would not whine about it because we would not have to pay a cent for it. Just shipping and then bam I get a new HDTV! It would rock so hard!
Though I have never won a single thing in my whole life I think it might just be enough to get me to enter the action!

@35 Let me introduce you to a little something called time zones. If the post says the questions will be given at 12:00 PM PST, then that means if you live on the east coast like me, you have to wait until 3:00 PM EST.
@18 12:00 PM is noon and 12:00 AM is midnight, so no the contest doesn’t end before it begins.
@anybody else that has trouble telling time: I’m sorry you’re stupid.
