Rocketmen:A.O.E. has a familar gameplay too it. If you are 30+ yrs in age then the game that should come to mind is :”Berzerk”. This was a hell of a game back then, but Rocketmen takes the graphics, sound effects, & big bosses to a new high of clarity. My bday is this Monday and I’m going to suprise myself with this purchase(lmao).

Another awful update. What’s up SCEA? You might as well stop with the “once a week” updates if this is all you’re able to toss up there, it’s horribly disappointing.

Updates like these makes me want to pull my crapbox360 out of the closet and start downloading their content again. ;(

I’ll buy the Ape Escape On the Loose only if whenever it drops to $9.99. I don’t care if I have to wait a year when it happens. Plus I already played and beat the original back when it was released in 99″.
So what is the state of the PS Store. Let’s see, right now there isn’t nothing special going on. We seem to be getting a lot of emulated PSP games re-released on the PLAYSTATION Store for PC. No new PS1 classic for the PLAYSTATION Store for PC this week. No new Downloadable Games this week for the PSP.
Though lets look on the good side. I heard rumors about the PSN store getting a major reworked update so to please people who say that the current interface is hard to navigate through. That’s cool right, folks. We got “Flow”, the interactive screensaver which supposedly is a videogame and not just something pretty to look at, right? That’s neat.
Annnnnd, Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core is coming out really soon for the PSP. Expect that to sell off the charts for the PSP. Too bad Sony wouldn’t release Final Fantasy VII “PS1 classic” via PLAYSTATION Store for PC to coincide with the release of Crisis Core. That would be godly or pretty cool.

I’m still waiting for songs to be $1.99 on the Canadian store Sony.
Does it cost money to transfer data over the Canadian/American border?
Oh, at least the 3 song packs came down by 50 cents, making them an excellent deal on the inflated CDN store…

Is there a reason Playstation doesn’t get all the downloadable content for games like Oblivion and Ultimate Alliance? I just gave up this week and picked up an XBox 360, because I’m tired of not getting the content and my letter of inquiry to Playstation was never answered. This bites, because I’ve been a loyal Playstation fan since they first came out, and for the first time, I’ve had to admit to having purchased the inferior system…

I would be happy the day the Playstation Classic section actually has the games that I have been looking forward to. I mean it only has one classic game and thats Wild Arms, a game I never played before but would like to give it a try. I also don’t own a PS3 because I’m still saving up for one and since the 60 gig model is discontinued I’m still waiting on for one that has complete backwards capabilities. I’ve read that the 80 gig has some backwards capability but I rather go with full.

NO PS1 GAMES AGAIN? That’s very upsetting, why not put out some classic PS1 games like Metal Gear Solid, Legend of Dragoon, Chrono Cross and of course Final Fantasy 7.
It’s no wonder why people go custom and download all the PS1 games they want for their PSP why use “legal” buyers wait twiddling our thumbs week after week if even a single new PS1 game will be released in the store.

Posting ridiculous amounts of *PAID* content won’t get people without credit cards to buy it, the release of the PSN cards will!
P.S.: No [good] demos? When will demos for good upcoming stuff like Last Remnant and GT5 Prologue come out? What about littlebigplanet beta, dark sector demo, or perhaps home?
BTW, I’m STILL waiting for that Lair demo that you guys promised us back in July.

Man, this PSN content….I just dont know what to say.
Stuff like themes, demos, and original games is what keeps me coming back. But Im becoming increasingly impatiance with the Amount we get.
I, in all honesty would like to see an end to all of this WAIT AND SEE marketing. It would almost be better to put this whole catch up thing they are pullin off till PS4.

The Content was okay this week but I have four PSN Accounts due to the updates sucking on several occassions.
However, I am very glad to hear that the PLAYSTATION Store is getting a redesign, it is something which has needed a big change since it launched. It needs to be designed with the SIXAXIS / DUALSHOCK 3 as the main input like the SingStore and not with the current pointer which is more suited to a mouse/keyboard input. The whole process of multiple purchases is a complete pain and it keeps taking you to your cart when you click on “Add to Cart”
I would like to see more demos and what I mean by that is demos which are from games which are currently available now at retail. I’ve wanted to try out games which don’t have demos but it would be nice to see demos available for trial before justifying a purchase.
I am from the UK and I am sick of the poor updates the PS Store gets each week. America, Japan and Hong Kong are getting mass amounts of content and Europe sucking on content as it does is the soul reason I went and signed up to the PSN in four territories
I just hope the PS Store is better come April and I look forward to it.

@ 125
Completely agreed, We need mp3’s etc for sale via’ PSN, that would just rock, I could imagine HAZE’s Korn single taking in a lot of $$ for the company… come on Sony time to really give er’…
126
Kedaro | March 10th, 2008 at 2:34 pm
… oh and is anyone else concerned about the fact that when demos are released they’re usually only one demo a week? I seem to remember a magazine that had a demo disk in it, and that demo disk contained several demos per month, I could easily see a game demo increase in the near future, I don’t that’s solely up to Sony to decide, but it’s something that should be addressed, whether it’s independant devs, or whatever.
