Yeah, I can see me jumping ship next gen to Microsoft for sure. Right now they’re not where they need to be. They don’t offer the multimedia outlets that Sony does, unfortunately, but I feel that they’ll have it nailed by next gen.
Sony had a great run with the ps1, ps2 and the psp recently… but for the ps3, it’s never had a consistant flow of good news, games, content or updates. Sony is without direction now Ken is gone. It’s the truth… I thought Kaz would help the company because he was a software guy and he’d be in there helping Sony with 3rd party exclusives but it hasn’t happened and it won’t. Ken ran an incredible company in Sony. He might’ve been a dictator or whatever and a visonary but the man new business inside and out and made ps1, ps2 and the psp a major success. He would’ve made the ps3 a success had he been able to stick around.

hey if theres a store that trades a used ps3, all your games and accessories and gives you a new xbox 360 and and changes your ps3 games to xbox 360 then alot of people will do it.

Gamesblow, I am satisfied with the PSN. I would like to see more PSOne games like you said. I am sure there are reasons behind why there arent as many PSOne games. But they are doing plenty right as well.
Qore is going to be great, and the updates get better and better.
Oh and dont forget about FW 2.40… IMO Sony is catering to us…

I am amazed at what you are saying. PS1 was the beginning, PS2 almost killed Sony but ended up becoming successful, PS3 is the future. Remember Sony is not like M$ with all hype and nothing really behind it.
Just a little insight for you, it might cost me. If you have not played with Home then try to it, is a great digital hub which will change how developers distribute content and how we the gamers will access these content. Xboxlive is crap compared to Home you only have that blade thingy and then forced content which M$ overly charges you for. Plus the xbxo360 is kind of an old dvd player now.

Yeah, solid cause Sony really stands by us. We still don’t have xmb, home, steady flow of content to the store, steady flow of exclusive games and a host of other options the others offer. Hell, the only thing I really want from Sony is the option to switch my resolutions in game. You know how many times I have to turn off 1080p cause sony’s super cool HD gaming machine doesn’t allow their games to all be supported in this rez? It’s a joke to have to go in and turn your settings off and on all the time.
to me annual subscription is like $15.00..co’s I’m getting calling all cars for free ($9.99)

That’s why I had to get the Bad Company demo on PS3? (and Civ demo whenever it’s up) That’s why they refused to repair my 360 the third time ’till I threatend to report them to the BBB? (btw that one broke too) That’s why it took 5 weeks to get my DLC back? Sure go to MS. Have fun.
Silver, no one plays Calling all cars. I loved the game but no one else did and it shows. I haven’t seen 1 person online with this game since last year and it was like June of last year at that. Calling all cars isn’t an incentive to support Que or whatever it is… It’s a crutch and a charity.
