I like the idea of posting the top 10 from the video store, but I’d like to see the top 10 from the game store as well for each week..

Not including the free stuff though… that would be very cool…

It would be even better if we could get totals for the top ten on each..

I love stats and would also like to see stats on what games are most played online. A top 10 of that would be awesome. And when the trophysystem has been here for a while, it would be interesting to see some stats on that. For example the Platinum percentage of 10 games. To be more precise, take for instance 10 popular largescale games and check out of all people that have gotten trophies for these games, how big of a percentage has unlocked the platinum trophy. I’m not good at explaining so I hope you understood.

@ anyone trying to update your ps3 with a bigger hard drive i did it with a Seagate momentus 160gb 5400.3 2.5 inch, notebook internal hard drive and if you do decide to change it keep in mind that you need an external hd and that the screws are too weak for a screw driver so is best that you use a needle-nose pliers for it is too easy to ruin them

i forgot to mention that that’s the one i have on my ps3 and that it works fine and if you still want to do the exchange without backing up your files on a external hard drive at least save your game files because you are going to need them

Good stuff Jeff, excited for this next week. Pixeljunk Eden is as good as bought, as many people agree. It’s just a good game. Thanks to the guys at Q for putting out a demo, the idea confused me, but after playtesting it a bit, I’m sold!

Also, I hope to find out sometime soon when the release of the PAIN Amusement Park is, so if you guys could give us a hint or something, would be much appreciated. Thanks and enjoy your weekend!

I liked the top 10 download list for the PSN video store. May be for the future you could do it for the PSN games too. I really would like to see what people are buying and what sells the best.

You should look for a 5400 RPM. I believe it was PS3 Fanboy that tested it a long time ago when the PS3 first came out. The PS3 wont get any benefit from a 7200rpm drive aside from the extra heat which no one wants. So save the money and get a 5400 like this one

I dont know about Gb/second for the PS3 so I’d just go with the highest you can find.

On subject: I’d love to see stuff like this. Maybe have the Warhawk guys come in and show what maps are the most popular, how much play time the new game modes from the 1.4 update have gotten in hours, etc.

I would enjoy reading the basic stats of a top ten list. Please seperate the top video sales and rentals, list the top game(can include add-on content)sales and game titles played online.

great stuff. I like to see what other people are buying. Top-ten lists of the top downloaded stuff from the PSN store (both all stuff and non-free stuff) and the top-ten most played games (seperate lists for all games, offline games being played on internet-enabled consoles, and online games would be appreciated.)

Also I wish that the Store updated on Tuesday to have downloads released on the Xbox Live Marketplace and the PLAYSTATION Store at the same time so Xbox owners won’t get this 2-day exclusive crap.

I too am interested in upgrading my PS3 hard drive-

is there any performance difference between 5400 and 7200 rpm models for the PS3?

I would like to see things like a list of how many people has purchased each PSN game available, how many people is playing multiplayer PS3 and PSN titles.

Also it could be great a “Poll feature” in the PSblog!! You could ask which PS1, PS2, PS3, PSN, and PSP games are our favorite. You can ask which features we would like to see in future firmwares and inside Home, you could ask which PS1 and PSP games we want to be available in the PS store, and stuff like that.

I rented Cloverfield in HD on the PSN Video Store, and must i say a VERY fast download, I was able to watch it while it was download about 5 minutes after the download started, without interruption from rendering. I was very disappointed with the actual movie…. Cloverfield sucked.

Well….once again, US only….how about us who also paying for the PS3, buying games and download content from all over the worlds….well…i guess US is the only country in the world that is worth effort to look after…we just nobody…sorry i am just too upset about the whole things…US, US, US…how about us in PAL region? Very suprised to see 10.00 BC as #1. I would also love to see the top 10 of anything during the weekends, gives us regular posters something else to read.

I’ve been having a weird error everytime I post a message. When I’m posting and I’m not on the last page I get an Error message but the post still goes through.

Error 404 not found – but message still goes through, I use Opera if that helps.
