First let me commend you commend you for your outstanding Marketing skills by answering countless questions.

Now that that’s out the way, on to business =). I’am fellow RAP member (Retail Advisory Panel), its an elite group comprised of RLS members. I’ve made an information thread here on the Playstation Underground Forum called: The One & Only “RAP Invites!” Thread

Well, on the behalf of interested consumers, when can we expect a demo date or official release date? Second, as a member of this elite retail group, do we stand a chance of beta testing this gorgeous game, allowing us to give crucial feedback since we know first hand what consumers look for in a game?

Please take the time to answer my question, I would sincerly appreciate it! =)

Sure thing. Glad you’re participating in RAP - its a great program to get the retail managers ‘in-the-know’.

In regards to your question, announcements will be made soon - I’m sure you can appreciate us not wanting to lead on consumers with info, only to disappoint. All I can say that there are demo plans and when there is a release date you’ll be the community will be the first to know.

If sony comes out with a series of real sackboy and sackgirls based on sony’s first party games I would seriously be in heaven. Having a real sackboy based on Kratos, Parappa, Jak, Ratchet, Nariko, Snake, Drake, Clank, Daxter, and a chimera would make me giddier than a school girl. Please, Please, please do this, I’d pay good money for them!

Pre-ordering before I finish this post. I cannot wait for this game. I’m a hardcore gamer and I have been gaming for 20+ years. Normally, if I saw a game like this, it wouldn’t suit my “style,” but this is one of my top anticipated titles this year. It has mass appeal all over it and I really believe that it could take a hold of the entire industry. It looks that good/creative/fun/endless/amazing. I really can’t wait to see what levels people come up with. I’m pre-ordering before I finish this post :-D

I’ve been reading almost all of the comments and I should congratulate the developers, they started awakening crativity on gamers even before the game is available for preorder!!

This is going to be THE game. Can’t wait to get addicted!

It’s not that you could get it without the demo, but the demo was supposed to be an exclusive for preorders, but everyone was given the demo through the psn regardless. So the “prize” for preordering was worthless. Just wondering if this will work out the same way. Either way, I want Kratos!!!

I really like the idea of exclusive stickers for ingame use…

but i was wondering…

is there an image forge/editor where we can make images like you show on the sticker pack?

kind of like designing your own icons on your desktop, pixel by pixel?

i hope so, that would be great to create original custom bits of artwork to decorate the levels, or even make the backgrounds however you want them..

i know i’m late to the Q/A hotspot of the post, but hopefully one of you will be able to answer this!

Just use the PLAYSTATION Eye to capture the stickers you want.

We did that for a day in the office and had a blast.

PSEye + LBP = hours upon hours of FUN.

When you pick up LBP, be sure to get your PLAYSTATION Eye too.

I already have this game pre-ordered, but this is bothersome.

Some tangible extras are no biggie, because the game experience itself is the product we’re all buying, but in order to have access to all the in-game content, we have to buy this game twice??

If I buy a game I want to be able to access the same game content as everyone else, and not miss out on something because I didn’t buy it at the “right” store.

That’s pretty crappy.

At least be thoughtful enough to put these up as cheap DLC so everyone who wants them but can’t access a certain store can get them.

We’ll announce more details soon, but you’ll have to select your pre-order retailer based on the item you really, really want. Each retailer will have a different item.

Anywho, if anyone is still reading this, Media Molecule NEEDS to contact TY Beanie Babies, and make some small little Sackboys with them. Not only that, but TY has a clothes line for their toys, so then you can make Kratos, Snake, Nariko etc, costumes for people to buy additionally. :)

I would totally buy like 50 sackboys man.

i really love the idea off giving away the sac boy dolls away by pre ordering it but i wish it was in a special edition version because not all people are able to get to preorder like me because i live outside the us which makes everything a lot more expensive by ordering it. i really hope u guys make a sp edition for the unfortunate people because i registered just to put this comment.1 idea i got is to sell the dolls separately and keep on making new dolls like a jak and daxter 1 and all the future characters that could turn into a sackboy.i love to collect sp edition stuff because its like a hobby of mine and i bet your game will be very fun since its something that never ends because you could keep on making new stages.well thx if you read this hope there is a sp edition.i really wished i lived in the us it makes everything easier.

Now this is a game that is totally awesome and very different to other games. This game needs to be commended for media molecules creativity and effort. I think Sony has plenty of work to do particularly the PSN such as reliability and stability, they are showing improvement. In-game XMB sucks because no in-game voice, time gets blocked by the battery status when you press the PS button from a game, In-game custom music isn’t like the xbox 360 and trophies aren’t mandatory.

Is their any news that you can give us regarding an open beta? From what I have read so far their will be an open beta in September but may not be a fully open beta as in will be open to everyone who preorders a certain game or whatever. Myself like everyone here would hate to miss out on it. Also hoping its not just for Qore subscribers as cannot get it in Europe.
