Set Your Alarm: PAX PlayStation.Blog Meet-up Details

In just 3 days, the gaming hordes will descend upon Seattle for the 5th annual Penny Arcade Expo. This year’s event, like every PAX to date, will be larger than the one before it. So to survive among your 40,000+ fellow attendees during the 17-hour Saturday, you’re going to need… caffeine and sugar.

That’s where we come in, dear PlayStation.Blog reader. From 8:30-10:30am on Saturday, August 30th, we’ll be camped out at the nearby Top Pot Doughnuts (5th Ave location). We’ve got the 2nd floor of this Seattle standard locked down for PlayStation fans, and the coffee and donuts will be flowing freely. That’s meant both figuratively and literally – we’re picking up the tab. As those who attended our last meet-up can attest, there’ll be more than just free food; we’ll be handing out swag and running another competition – so make sure to charge up your PSP.

We’d love to meet you, and we’ll still get you out the door and on your way for a full day of PAXness (the doors open at 10am). If you’d like to attend, please RSVP on our Facebook event page or, if you don’t have Facebook (for shame!), please feel free to drop us a line here.

off-topic: omg !! your from Argentina ! Wow, I really LOVE Argentina in soccer, and I was a big fan of Claudio Lopez if you know him he was a really good soccer player, and ofcourse I dont have to mention the great Messi and the best Tevez and not to forget Crespo and Batistuta, Batistuta had some wonderful days !
have you ever watched a match for Argentina in a stadium?

too bad i cant come to PAX, Im in Amman, Jordan which is in the middle east, and I dont think that a Conference will ever gonna happen here. ):, but Im usually in Austin,TX and I’ve never heard of a conference hear or even in san antonio

Hay Jeff, is Sony every going to hold an Event in NYC? Digital Life is cancel this year, and it was the only way I use too get a chance to play some of the upcoming games. :(
Or better yet, can you guys put some of those demo on the PSN store?

I know PAX isn’t you guys event, but it would really be nice if you guys don’t hold all your Sony Events on the West cost. The people on the East cost need some love too you know

Amazing ,the Playstation Blog is a good way to know people :D

Batistuta is one of my favourite players, here is one of the most beloved ones, here really represent us , and Messi is the best player on the world.

Here Jeff is a soccer player too :D

this is why i love sony as much as i do.

they should plan to do this sort of thing in NYC, and here in Toronto. attending would be no brainer.

I wish I could go. I live down in Oregon and was thinking of driving up there. Unfortunately, I have a camping trip planned for the next day. Just wondering, if I did find a way to go, can I still get tickets to PAX?
