i didn’t see anyone respond on how to get dioskuri if it is a promo card only. if they want people to stay attracted to the game they should make it a little easier to get cards from retailers, do a little more promotion for the game and not pump out sets of cards one after another. i just spent 15.00 on set 2 update and now set 2 and 3 update is 19.00 its getting rediculous. people have spent hundreds of dollars trying to just get set 1 and hundreds for set 2. is it really worth spending 1000.00 or more to play a game that cost 50.00. i’m loseing interest real fast in the PS3. you guys are a real dissapointment right now.

It would be very nice to hear from you guys as to when the cards will be released. WHY release a download on PSN when we can’t even use it? Why are you guys being so silent and secretive on when the cards are being released?

This reminds me of the “great communication” that SOE used with the NGE for Star Wars Galaxies.

I think it’s a way of killing this fantastic game !!!!! Is it true ?

I think this game is awesome and very cool. I get more excited about the sets as they come.

The only prob I have with this game is trying to coordinate the set add-on’s with the shipping of the cards. I don’t mind waiting, but its better to wait for all of it (cards and add-on)then to get part of it and wait for 2-3 wks for the cards.

One more thing, it seem that the animation setting for game play don’t work. I like playing with animation on only for rare+ monsters. When i set it to this setting, it doesn’t work. Hope you will fix it before the cards come.

Have to say I agree frostquake. I went out to the Upperdeck sight and it says that the cards will not be available until 11/10. No point in me buying the update until then.

Oh and I am your hardcore EOJ gamer, I bought the game at $69.99, Theme Decks at $14.99 each for 10 Theme Decks, 5 for set one and 5 for set two totaling $149.99, bought both updates for at $14.99 each, totaling $29.98, and finally bought over 80 booster packs at $3.99, totaling $319.20..

The Grand Total is now at $569.16.

I really don’t mind paying $14.99 for each update, nor do I mind paying $3.99 for each booster, but as stated above, releasing update 3 on Oct. 16, 08 and not being able to get the cards till after Nov.10, 08 is just wrong. Why didn’t you wait to put the update out, when you were sure the cards were at retailers? I added money to my PSN account to buy the update, and had money ready for the cards. Now I will not buy update 3 till the cards are out. I called Upper Deck and they told me that the Nov.10 was the “tentative date”. I was told by Upper Deck it could be much later then the Nov.10 date.

So now I have to wait till Nov.10 and maybe later. Have you seen the games coming out between now and Nov.10? I am afraid I will be quite broke by the time the cards come out, and probably will not be able to afford them!

Now after all these games come out, the Eye of Judgment Booster packs will be available! Do you really think I will have any money left to buy a full booster box let alone a single booster pack for set 3? If you think so, then you are sadly mistaken. I am afraid you will be lost in the shuffle. This Huge marketing snafu of having an update with no cards will get lost in the HUGE avalanche of games coming before the release of the booster packs for set 3.
I am sad :(

Sony and Eye of Judgment Team…How I love you, but having to wait over 25 days(Nov.10, 2008) to buy the cards makes you look greedy. Releasing this third update with no cards makes me very unhappy. Remember the good old days when the Cards came out a week before the update? I was actually able to study and compare my cards, get the set built that I wanted, and then on the update release day I was ready to go. Not so with Update 3! There is the update, but no new shiny cards to build and play online with. Oh Eye of Judgment the is the first time I have been let down by you. I bet downloads of Update 3 are low compared the the other 2? I will buy update 3, when I have Set 3 cards in my hands, and not a moment sooner..Sorry EOJ. :(
