im going to love play this game i was always a fan of the stragety games but i also play alot of shooter this is a mix of both…..funny thing in the demo if u run towards on guy and zig zag u can dodge the scouts bullets lol… but i hope the will be a lot of dlc for this and maybe a map creature for are own seneros……..

p.s. brain is on overdrive for this game lol

I’ve wanted this game since I first read about it months ago. The demo is awesome & I have been playing the hell out of it. I’m really glad to see another solid rpg coming to the ps3. Things are finally starting to come together in that area. Day 1 pick up for me.

I love the CANVAS engine visuals!!

Would you guys be able to put some hi-res widescreen wallpapers up on the Valkyria Chronicles website..?
All the wallpapers are 4:3 and my laptop is 16:9 at 1680×1050.. I’m sure Im not the opnly one who would like to see VC upun starting up their computer :)

Loving this demo, can’t wait for the game!!

Yeah there’s a Japanese language option in the options menu in the demo. It’s greyed out since it’s only a demo. It’s confirmed that it’ll be in the full game.

And believe it or not, the majority of people that buy these games actually prefer hearing the game in english rather than reading subtitles.

Companies couldn’t include more than one language track in the past because of limited disc capacity. That seems to be changing with blu-ray technology though so they could appease both audiences. hth

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this game is going to have an original japanese language option? I know it’s outside the norm for Sega, but I’ve never understood why companies want to dub things in English even when their games are clearly designed for the anime-fan portion of the gaming community.
