I tried right-clicking on the download link and selecting “save link as” – I use firefox – and the ps3updat.pup file that it downloaded was only 2kb. What am I doing wrong?

I’m pretty sure this doesn’t happen to all the units out there by reading the praises given to this update but $150 flat rate for service? Read the forums or better yet watch youtube. Frustrating…a $500 paper weight.
