Right now it seems, from my end, that you're either understaffed in your level review section or that your level reviewers also have other job responsibilities that keep them from this task. I have worked for a ticket review section. I was a rep who contacted customers back with the results of their ticket. This system would work well for you and would give you the information you need to fix these problems. I mean, you're asking us what our router information is etc. It could be part of the ticket.
