Pretty cool. Is it safe to say that this will be $5.99 and not $7.99 like those National Geographic quizzes?

I’ll probably buy it. I have money in my wallet from the PSN giftcards.

Keep it coming with the DLC =)

Great addition (and timely)!

But what this game desperately needs is a few more question styles (via DLC?)

I’d love to see:

1. Pictures or montages that slowly reveal themselves, and you have to guess the person, movie, etc. Hints would also display.

2. Clips from movies and television shows and you have to guess the show.

The DVD Series “Shout About Movies” does these styles of question really, really well.

It would add a more dynamic feel to the gameplay, and move it away from being a straight trivial pursuit type game.

I think it’s time to start exercising the Banhammer, Jeff. Those “First!” trolls are starting to make their way back in…

I’m actually warming to the idea of a quiz-show style game… I’m going to try the demo when I’ve got a free moment.

@ SouthwoodS & 004eyes

Wow, you guys are proud of voting for an old senile shell of what used to be a respectable conservative (McCain) and his incompetent joke of a running mate (Palin), who btw, didn’t even know the actual duties of the V.P. and thought that Africa was a country, not a continent. Don’t believe me? Hear it str8 from that horse’s mouth if you just search the web.
Obama graduated from Harvard University at the top of his class, whereas McCain graduated from military school at the VERY BOTTOM of his class!
I find it laughable that you think it’s okay to vote a 72-year-old man with melanoma into office with his incompetent running mate, who literally, is NOT smarter than a 5th grader, only a heartbeat away from the most powerful and prestigious position in the world — and just because you think she’s “hot”!
I mean for the love of God, read a book or at least pick up a newspaper once in a while. To think, your ignorance almost allowed that hawk & his bimbo to drive this country into the ground!

I would rather keep politics away from my gaming life as much as possible. The only thing that will come from this is fighting. It’s sad when I can’t even come to a gaming site without hearing about this horrible day in America’s history.

LOL people don’t know the difference between the number of inaugurations (56) and the number of presidents (44), or even the actual number of presidents.

I love Buzz! and have really enjoyed some of these add-on packs. Even my dad will play this.

But, no third-party love? I may have to make a Bob Barr/Ron Paul/Libertarian quiz.
Which reminds me: Don’t blame me, I voted for Barr.

@LouVelvet

Man, liberals are such elitists.

First while intelligence and leadership are not mutually exclusive, they are certainly not the same thing.

Second, Obama’s law degree does not equal intellegnece. If we wanted a person running the country with a high IQ we would pick physicists or engineers not layers.

Third, for you to attack Mccain the way you do shows you have no respect for the military or anyone that has bleed for this country. Very sad, concedering the very right to complain that you cherish so much obviously is support by those like Mccain.

Forth, just because Palin is a self made middle class over-achiever you feel the need to put her down. Was she put in there to quickly. Probably. But regardless, she is the American dream where anyone can become part of the political process. You want to put her down for that, more power to you I guess.

You represent so other kind of dream. One where the elite tell the plebes how to run their lives and class movement is impossible through hard work. Maybe you just need to accept that intelligent and honest people can disagree instead of vilifying the other side.

Good you voted for Obama. He won. Leave it at that.

You guys need to include co-op play in the online portion, I can’t believe that’s not included.

Also “Create” a character would be nice…in fact, why can’t we choose the same character if there’s 4 colors available?

And lastly, I might consider buying add-ons, but only if I can play them with friends who have the same add-on packs over sofa vs. sofa. Is that possible?

+ DudeFX on January 20th, 2009 at 2:06 pm said:

This would have been good last week so people can play it today lol. I like Buzz but want to see bundles of several packs for one low price and also more regional content from other places. I saw in the UK store they have Packs based on British, European and Australian history. That would be good here too, anyone know if packs are region locked?

Another suggestion. It gets a little routine playing the same formulaic game over and over again ‘”Point builder, fastest finger, pass the bomb, pie fight, buzz, wager”. Next time make the multiplayer matches shorter, with different sections each time.
