Hello all – As we posted last week in the initial announcement of the Metal Gear Online SCENE Expansion pack, we’re now happy to present this trailer showing off of the awesome new maps, characters and items included in SCENE!

The trailer was great, but as with everyone else… it’s too bothersome to play a game that doesn’t actually use the PSN system.
You will have the option to buy this expansion (and I assume the others too) through the PS Store…
Also, you can use Paypal on the MGO shop, so, it’s pretty good right? lol

I agree as well about the tropeys they should have then in game and online also it would be cool if the put the tanker from mgs2 or shadow moses as a map
we need some trophies i’m not getting nothing esle for this game until they unveal some trophies mgs is one of my fav titles…I completed the game once and i wont touch it again untill I get some trophies konami step ya game up…you fallin back….its da J da S da T da A da Y-N-E!!!!

Konami, I’ve played back when it was in beta and enjoyed it but I haven’t been able to play the retail version. I let my brother have a chance to play and he tried MGO. He played it on his PSN account and created a character. The warning about only being able to create on character per console, but he thought it applied to the PSN profile as well, as it does in every other game.
When I went to play MGO, I was unable to create my own character. I also do not have a credit card which makes purchasing another character impossible. I would greatly appreciate it if you could loosen the restrictions on creating characters to one per PSN profile. I feel the current way of doing it is somewhat unfair to those of us who share our PS3s with other members of the household, as this unusual restriction was never mentioned on the game’s packaging.
Also, offering these expansions on the PS Store would be nice because as I said, I do not have a credit card and I don’t want to get one just for this purpose.
I’d also like to request trophies for the single player game. I love the MGS series to death, but for such a significant title to not having trophies at this point makes the game feel like it’s not complete.

this new expansion will be great. the other ones are getting boring. survival will be a lot funner. cant wait for the new gear. hopefully they release snakes bandanna

Like most people, I would LOVE to see trophy support for MGS4 and MGO. I’d also like to see everything for MGO to be implemented through the PSN.
Although I find trophies to be wroth replaying a game, a lot of people around here are really a bunch whining babies. I’m not gonna play the game because it doesn’t have trophies, weeeeh. Grow up!
So basically you no longer will play Ratchet & Clank ToD, Hot Shots Golf, Folklore, Oblivion and countless of other PS3 games not to imagine, PS2 and PS games because they don’t have trophies? OMG… and you call yourself gamers.
i live in colombia (south america), i tried to buy many times these expansion but…i couldn’t….now we can buy it in the store. that’s just fine, but…what about the trophies???, a next gen game without trophies is not a next gen at all, and how can be in this world, that a game like metal gear don´t have trophies??? what is happening in konami…PES 2008 and 2009 are horrible (this is the metal gear scene, i know), later we have to buy the online expasion trought konami store….stop the expansion and focus in the trophies..then konami can sell more metal gear solid 4 copies…bye.
I thought the trailer was awesome! though I wish Raiden and vamp would move a little bit quicker when the expansion comes out.
