  • Digital guides? Pretty cool idea.

  • *sob* no PSN games this week, neither in EU store… I know, I’m spoiled too much haha. Is the US perhaps getting Hercules as classic game? Its weird, only the UK has it. Even though I’m from Europe, I can’t download it, my Visa won’t accept :-( I’d like to have that game for my PSP. I’d love to see “more and more” PS classics even though I have a lot of them I’d like to play them on the PSP :-) Rayman on the PSP is really, really “nice” and stunning beautiful!

  • nice store update.

  • Terrible update

  • Since I not going to buy Killzone 2 now, I just play the demo.

  • what about the killzone outfit for little big planet

  • i’ve yet to see an update this year that has blown me away.

  • Don’t crie! The USA PS is allways better filled up with stuff then EU one. And games are hitting the stores earlier (well, most of the the time).

  • i will be picking up my killzone2 in about 2 hours.hip hip haray…

  • @ 32 I could not agree with you more the amount of right wing cry babies here is starting to kill the community.

First they whined about Obama being on the face of the new DLC for Buzz! now they whine about content they heard from a third party site would be released today and not from the blog.

These people need to go back to school and learn manners! This is not how you act in the work place is it? How many of you even finished high school? I bet you quit that like you did on your Country!

  • I wish developers would stop removing content from their games just for people to pay for it a week later as DLC.

We used to get complete games in the past…

I like Street Fighter IV alot, but I’m not going to download the clothes packs for it, they should have been included in the retail version in the first place.

  • Don’t get me wrong though, I LOVE DLC like the ones on Little Big Planet, since its on par with what’s happening on the gaming comunity and released with RELEVANCE.

The worst though, are EA’s DLCs, unlock cars, get money, etc… Stuff that you can get yourself.
What happened to cheats and codes? Now we have to pay for it? C’mon.

We like DLC, but it has to be reasonable…

  • @160, I agree somehow but as long as right of speech is still available in democracy, people have the right to give away their opinion. In case you haven’t noticed, that’s what this blog is all about. If you don’t like it people giving their opinions, then just “ignore”.

Don’t crie! The USA PS is allways better filled up with stuff then EU one. And games are hitting the stores earlier (well, most of the the time).”

You meant me? Lol, yeah, as I said, I’m spoiled too much. So many weeks in a row with absolutely fantastic releases on PSN, then you really miss it when there’s no new game in the store all of the sudden. I get Savage Moon now :-)

  • I’m gonna put this down in a few blog posts, I’m so excited. Yakuza 3 sold 232.000 (you read that right) on its first day in Japan?! Sony is still alive and kicking in Japan! Now bring on those RPG’s stupids! *Pointing at SCEJ*

  • @Onna76_NL

“Yakuza 3 sold 232.000 (you read that right) on its first day in Japan?! Sega is still alive and kicking in Japan!”

I fixed it for you. Yes, Sony where are the RPG’s? Nevermind, I know where they are, on another platform.

Lackluster update, but it did prove one thing. No matter how bad the F- updates are, Europe is even worse. Still thanks for the demos.

  • man no freaken Call of doty waw maps yet bummer maybe next week was waitn for it

  • “79 Ethereal | February 26th, 2009 at 5:00 pm

In light of all the people whining…there was a time that a playstation store didnt exist and there was no dlc.”

    yeah… good times.

  • Digital guide! Great idea! Wait, It costs money? Ok, Bad idea.

  • Why do we pay twice as much for Burnout Paradise in the UK to those customers in the USA, considering other titles are priced appropriately?

  • I agree with many of the people, no games available.

Give us back the old time classics like Hydro Thunder and Jet Moto 3. You know you want to.

  • why would you over look the point of what i said.. yes we have stuff for free its one of the reasons why im still a playstation fan, but its about suppy and demand. there are downloads out there that people want that playstation does not give.. god your stupid for just settling.. we paid for this system cause we thought it was better..not to get dissapointed. stop being such a pushover

  • That No Gravity looks pretty cool, but I don’t think I need any more flight-action/space shooter games, what with Crimson Skies and Star Fox already taking up most of my time.

And they already have a content pack for Prinny? Which reminds me, I should really get that game.

  • Some of you are the biggest freakn babies I have ever heard. There is 52 weeks in a year! 52! And for one week, the week that KILLZONE 2 comes out, there isn’t a psn game to download and you freaks start crying. OR you cry because of lbp costumes. How old are you? I am 30, and have been gaming since the 80’s. They give us a lot of stuff. Hell, last year this time it would be weeks before we would get a new psn game. You guys have gotten really spoiled and your being very rude about it. Seriously some of you are starting to sound like whiney xbots. Be thankful for what we get… everyweek is different learn to be patient and greatful or you will not make in this world when you people actually grow up.

  • Mow that my rant about you commentors is over, I must say my thanks to Sony for releasing No Gravity, that game is intense. I loved freelancer on pc, and while this is nowhere near that game, it still feels like it in control and combat, I love space arcade flight games and this is a great psp game for 10, lot of content. Now all we need is a full fleged space shooter like freespace or freelancer for ps3..that would rock! Something that hasn’t really been done on a console, although it easily could.

Keep up the good work Sony! You guys are the best and KILLZONE 2 is freaking AMAZING!!!

  • I want MORE!!!

  • @midnightshade
…. your whole argument losses a lot of your flawless 30 year-old, gaming-since-the-80’s logic once you remember that not everyone likes games like Killzone. Frankly, for an adult you are sounding more like a kid than half the people here (“xbots”? seriously?). It is okay to complain about service, I agree that most are not exactly polite, but your rant is not really making stuff any better… Just my two cents.

I was very disappointed with No Gravity, sadly. Still, glad that you guys brought it from the scene. Pretty good update, PRICEY, but still quality content.

  • We want Final Fantasy Games! So far the store as turned from a cool place to a rip off of the pricey xbox. Having to pay for themes is just wrong. Plus all the PS one title blow. Well CV (SOTN) is on good one, but where are the FF titles? In that fact where is the RE set? So many good PS one game are out there and you focus of Crash and Jet Moto. Lame!

  • sigh … when will those RE psone classics come our way …

  • Please let whoever does make the DLC that I and from looking on web forums many others do still want DLC for the PlayStation 3 version of the game. I don’t understand why throughout February only the Xbox 360 has received new songs.

I would absolutely buy “Call Me,” “More Than A Feeling,” “Smooth Criminal,” “Tainted Love,” “These Words,” and “Unchained Meoldy” the very day they are added to PlayStation Network. Please encourage whoever makes the songs available for purchase to add them to the PlayStation Network as well. I bought the game for the PlayStation 3 expecting it to get the same songs that the Xbox 360 would get and I don’t understand why the DLC has seemed to stop for the PS3. I hope that is not the case, because again pretty much all the songs that have been added to Xbox LIVE this past month I and I know several others would absolutely buy especially with the new season of American Idol underway.

  • I’m betting that the Europeans whom are downloading the WipEout Pulse DLC from Europe are going to find out that THEY ARN’T THE ONLY PEOPLE ON THIS ENTIRE PLANET! And we Americans want a piece of that pie just as badly, however most of us DON’T have the money to FLY to Europe. Please SCEA make this “Add-On” available to the US.

  • More PS1 games would be nice.

  • When are they going to start putting some of the games that Japan gets over here in the US? Ive been waiting for Dino Crisis since forever!
