Hey, thanks for the great update!

I was wondering why Important Things with Demetri Martin Episode 6: Coolness is missing. I’ve been looking for it but it is not present anywhere.

I don’t know if you guys abandon reading these after a day or so (based on my past experiences, that seems like exactly what happens), but if you can, you don’t have to reply, I just hope it gets up here. I really want to watch it, and it would make Demetri fans pretty happy, I think.

I think you should talk to your colleagues and see if you guys can produce PSN net work shows or movies i.e. like movies that goes straight to dvd or an independent film section i.e. Sundance or Caanes

Dear Jeff…can you please ensure that those that post on the blog commit to a certain level of interactivity. We discussed once before, you said you’d work on it and it did improve. However, the weekly video and psn posts do not seem to have someone ‘taking care’ of the SONY consumer.

Can we please have someone posting these items that is prepared/has the time to interact with their clients. You do an outstanding job and these 2 weekly posts are the only blemish.

i still think they should have a few free offerings now and then… like a weekly special or something.. or movies/shows/videos with a one-time viewing for free or super-discount.. and have a section for those movies/shows… and is there any thought on perhaps putting music videos in the Playstation Video Store..??

I am actually kind of happy the video service is not available in Canada. Simply because I would probably spend too much money on the videos, and I do not need anything taking a bite out of my gaming budget.

DRM
-This issue has to be addressed. Consumers can not be locked down to this rediculos DRM system in place right now. It is sicking that I can not wat5ch TV shows that I have purchased in my bedroom because I bought it on the PS3 hooked up in the living room, or visa versa.

We need the same 5 active / unlimited downloads DRM featured on the Games side of the store. How the store ended up with one of the best DRM models ever on one side, and possibly the worst ever on the other is beyond me.

Pricing/Packaging
-TV shows are over priced. Simple as that. An SD season of a TV show is $30 at Walmart. PSN is charging nearly $60 for a full 24 episode season, that only plays on one device thaks the the above mentioned DRM. Sorry, but no thanks.

Additionaly, why can we not purchase seasons?
