@99 go to your downloaded games and it should be in there already you just did something wrong it will be in your downloaded games/items/themes/demos/movies/trailers/etc list. because you already bought it download it again and have fun.

a problem me and my friends have when we try to add Funds to wallet it says

The credit card information cannot be updated. Check your PlayStation®Network account information, and then contact technical support for assistance

Is That 1 of the problems going to be fixed or is it a problem with us or what please msg back

I usually don’t even bother checking the store on Thursdays anymore. However this week there were some items that I was really exctied about.

I fought with the store for about 3 hours and got most of the free stuff I wanted downloaded. Wasn’t able to get any of the paid items I wanted.

I’ve had a PS3 since launch and I have tried to be patient and supportive, but it’s getting more and more difficult. I would have hoped PS Store updates would be a smooth reliable process by now.

I appreciate the updates and the fix. I just tried it from my PSP and the store looks to be back to normal again.

I’ll be on Friday afternoon to pickup the paid items I was after.

@108, i know how to do that, and i told the rep, that’s how i found out that i bought it already. My points is, if i had already purchased it, then how come the option to add 8.85 came up. I found it weird that it would let me add that amount, because it doesnt usually let us add amounts like that unless we are adding to a previous amount, which is i why i added the 8.85 cause i thought i needed it to even out for my 9.99 purchase.

I’m guessing Ps store was flooded with kids who want to download the COD W@W map pack not sure if it’s worth it too busy with KZ2, RE5, and SFIV.

Thanks for commenting on the problem and fixing it quickly. Just updating us and letting us know you’re aware means a lot, trust me. Glad everything’s up and running- I got my new SF4 costumes, my Killzone 2 LBP pack, and my Midnight Club expansion… now if I could just decide if the premium MC:LA content is worth the $10 purchase for me. Conflicted, for sure. One of those cars sounds awesome (Benz SMG), but I could do without the others. Wish I could see the new parts and decals somewhere… :s

It was just after I watched the first Match last night for the Seattle Sounders FC, that I wanted to find out what was on the store. good thing I didn’t bother last night.

In fact, thanks to the sales on items I think I’m just going to watch for the “price updates” then buy. But I must admit that Quest for booty was totally worth $15. As was the pixel Junk series.

Okay on reflection. Just the games I’m questioning will I wait.

the store was still giving me errors but when i kept trying it finaly worked… strange. It was happening when I was trying to purchase, wheel of fortune, cod maps, and LBP content.
