Next Sunday, this list will be filled with stories from the past week’s PlayStation media events in LA and Seattle; impressions of inFAMOUS, Uncharted 2, and… other things. In the meantime, PS3-exclusive playable Joker in Batman: Arkham Asylum and Dante’s Inferno coming to PSP? Yes please!

    about Quantum of Solace DLC problem which I queried about you last week:

    the problem is that I paid £4 for the ‘Camille Map Pack’ when it was on the UK Playstation Store. Every time I play QoS online (which is a lot, as I need 100,000 credits for my platinum trophy) the new maps never get played. There is no way for me to search the servers for games on these maps and they have mysteriously dissapeared from the store. If you could shed any light on the matter, or get activision to say something, it would be appreciated.

    I am so damn stoked for this week’s news on Uncharted2, inFAMOUS, (hopefully Heavy Rain and a bit of MAG).

    Hopefully you’ll do us proud, Jeff. So far you’ve been shining on those video interviews – don’t forget: looking into the camera makes us feel like real people, and that spark in your eye reminds us that you have a soul.

    I have a couple questions:
    – a little old, but any clue if Canada is getting PSN cards? just curious
    – Will we hear anything about Peggle, Bomberman Ultra, and FFVII on PSN anytime soon?
    – and will the American version of Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete Blu-Ray come with a FFXIII Demo?

    Ha ha, you didn’t post the early confirmations of tomorrows “shocking announcement”

    Personally, I think its as pointless and a waste of developement resources as Heavy Rain having a Deathmatch Mode would be.

    Find another way to stop people from renting or trading in single player games please.

    I hope the melee combat in the Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta is not dumbed down from the single player game. Plus I hope there will be some 1 or 2 person vehicles in Uncharted 2’s multiplayer along with the ability to shoot while using cords and ziplines.

    – Universal Game Invites and Join Session Button(XMB)

    – Voice Mail and Private Voice Chat in-game

    – Add OPTIONAL sound for notifications(sign on, new messages,etc.)

    – symbols and numbers that show friends online and new messages on the XMB and beside message box

    – Auto Sync Trophies

    – More developed profiles + mentioned options on profiles(refer to image below)

    – Report feature to report issues and stuff

    – Faster loading in-game XMB and profiles

    – When you receive a message you should be able to push the PS button
    for it to automatically pop up as long as the notification is still
    there

    – More Avatars

    – XMB for movies and PS2

    yeah i’m really psyched about all the rpgs that are coming to the ps3 and to the psp …too bad that atlus doesnt want gamestop to carry crimson gem saga because thats a game that i have been looking for quite sometime now. plus, all the other rpg goodness that are forthcoming soon like cross edge, white knight story and i hope atelier rorona. lets just cross our fingers for that secret rpg unveiling that nippon ichi is going to do by may 7th

    Hey Jeff, I recently came across a problem with the blog. It no longer gives you the option to go to the next page at the bottom of the comments. So it forces me to go all the way back to the top to go to the next page. Is this a problem on yall’s end or mine?

    Ok on to playstation. David Jaffe still working with playstation?? That’s a must read. Also it’s only a matter of time the PS3 tops the Wii here in america too. Don’t forget the PS3 was released a good year or two after. All Sony needs to do is learn to market. Recently I came across my friend who wanted to buy a blu-ray player. I told him to buy the PS3 it’s a blu ray player and more. He was like “really I never knew.” What kind of marketing is Peter Dille and John Koller doing??? I hope Sony isn’t paying them. :P

    Kind of bummed out that Uncharted will have multiplayer, hopefully it’s only co-op. Not every game this gen has to have multiplayer. It’s a shame Bioshock and Uncharted (phenomenal campaign only games) are now heading down that route.
