Happy Sunday to you…
Here’s our list of the stories from around the web that caught our eye this week. Big focus on our Seattle-born games (inFAMOUS, MAG), as well as some late hits on the NIS Event this week in SF, which showcased some new, exclusive titles on all 3 PlayStation platforms that should please RPG fans.

But surely, we’ve missed some good stories. Do share, in the comments below.

I like the one about the PS3 hate is all gone. because beleve it not i at one point REALLY hated the thought of ps3 (close to launch), but then i loked into it a little more and thne a bit more, i ended up getting one, i soon got into really great games, and the look at me now! I am somewhat of a fanboy (i think ps3 is best but i dont hate other systems).

and by the way, any news on Bomberman ultra, cuz at this point i’ve just about lost hope for it ever comming out.

I’m sure every PS1 fan knew what LOD was. If you don’t you have to go back and buy one from ebay and replay it on your PS1. That’s how good it was. Jeff any chance of us having one?

There’s been a few of us on the discussion boards running into issues with Castlevania: SOTN since the 2.70 fw update. It’s providing these oh so attractive random graphical glitches. I tried emailing Playstation support and was told to speak to Konami about it. Unfortunately there site is experiencing frequent problems due to maintenance.

First Uncharted 2 added multiplayer, now Bioshock 2 joins the list. At this rate I fully expect Quantic Dream to announce a Deathmatch mode for Heavy Rain at E3.

Ratchet and Clank is probably needlessly adding a multiplayer mode AGAIN too.

Why cant developers of single player games find another way to improve the value proposition for their game?

I completely agree. I think that games that have always been based on player stories should only have a campaign, and then there should be separate games that only have multiplayer (i.e. warhawk). It’s simply not necessary.

I’m sure you know by now about the trophies for Puzzle Quest Galactrix not syncing with the server, but if you didn’t now you do. Unfotunately that isn’t the only problem with the title…

I got about two hours into the single player mode, and when I went through a leapgate the game just crashed back to the XMB. Now every time I try to load my saved game it just crashes to the XMB. UGH!!!

Can you please pass the problems along to the proper channels so that they can be fixed? $20 was already too much money for that game, but I bought it cause I love the PQ series. But to pay that much and not have the trophies work or to even be able to play the game at this point is just infuriating. Thank you.
