Did it ever occur to you to give Playstation Canada a heads up you were doing this and give them an opportunity to secure a Canadian sponsor?

To get a sponsor isn’t easy or to get partnered with someone isn’t easy. It takes time. They just do not call each other up and say, “Hey Sprint, you wanna partner up and give a free game?”. It takes time and meetings.

I have many PSN games, many were giving away in the past with Qore. I can live with it, but a NEW game that I pay 10$ like one month ago and it is FREE now is unacceptable for people who actually BUY things on the PSN.
When Microsoft give away Undertow on XBLA they gives a credits for those who have the game, Sony should do this as well because right now I feel riped and cheated as a supported costumer and I will think twice before I wull buy another PSN game.

This free Rag Doll Kung Fu Download is [DELETED] I’m tired of paying for something and then the next week it’s either free or at a reduced price because of some “promotion”. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on items from the psn store, and it feels like a slap in the face after I’ve just spent the hard earned money on it and then everone else gets it for free. Sure it seems nice to the people who get a free game and then can spend 10 bucks on another game, but come on Sony, give something to the people who every week give you there money while people who don’t give you any cash get a free gift.

well we know you can’t give refunds but maybe a free game voucher? you know it’s pretty low to do that to people all it does is make me apprehensive to buy any games because they might become free in the near future, it’s really not fair at all.
Love the free game, even if I would probably never have gotten it without Sprint’s support, but this could have been done better in order to not piss off people who already bought it.
Like maybe a free game(10$ or less) of your choosing and then have more ads for sprint as you goto checkout (ie adding funds will have a big sign saying sprint is buying you the game of your choice or something).
Making everyone happy and keeping first week’s sales are good ideas. Hopefully some other company will do a promo like that(cause free games are great)!

Exactly, never have I complained about anything on this blog. Everyone who is complaining about us complaining are the same ones that b*tch about getting a demo a week late or some crap like that. We BUY actual PSN games, not just demos.
I’m just very disappointed that sony always let there core gamers like myself out to dry . They would rather give a bot a free game to have them jump on board than do anything for there establish gamers. They know there marketing blows and its word of mouth from people like myself that makes people buy the ps3 . heck i got 10 people to buy the ps3 .
