You can see some of the little cheat mini games going on in the side bar on the right of the screen.

It’s really difficult to know exactly how this cheating is involved and I think a video could possibly show that. Don’t have that much money so I would like to know more about the game for purchase you know, in which case I appreciate you coming here but so far I found the description very vague. From what I’ve gathered it’s balanced and new and exciting. But really nothing of how the mechanics work

How about this. You could use the PSP to display the hands so only you could see it:)I think that would be cool.

Also, I wish you would have made a demo so I could try it out first. I know it’s only 10 bucks but I like to take a test drive first, you know? Why did you decide not to put a demo up?

For example, the game will always tell you what your hand is. If you have a flush, it will say \”Flush\” by your cards. This is nice, because you might not otherwise notice that you have a flush.

There is also a \”Hand Rank Meter\” on the left side of the screen (if you\’re playing on a widescreen tv). That tells you how good your hand is, and what hands are better or worse than yours. So, if you have two pair, you can check that meter and notice that three of a kind would be a better hand, and that can give you some insight into how you might use your cheat points.

Some of us on the dev team were not really that great at poker when we started working on this project, but playing Texas Cheat\’em goes a long way towards teaching you the game.

Also, there is a tutorial in the game that will explain the basic rules of poker, the specific rules of Texas Hold\’em, as well as the unique rules of Texas Cheat\’em.

But the fact is, the wifi at The Violet Hour was a bit too out of range. The owner offered up his connection from his office, but it was a bit too far from our PS3.

We managed to get on for about half a hand, and that was it. We\’ll be out there again tomorrow.
