Ummm….I am planning to get a PSP Go day 1, so I held off buying Dissidia because I won’t be able to play it come October 1st–plus, with the Japanese release, it was available digitally day-1—what happened here? I was holding off so I could download it—will it actually come or are we out of luck?

The only thing that bothers me about this update is that you couldn’t even say “Sorry for the inconvenience” or anything.

Just “Hi Everyone – It’s time for the weekly PlayStation Store Update.” Give us your money you monkeys.

For the people who are asking about Trine, the developers have pushed it back to September. Give it time.

September is going to be a big month for Sony. The official release of PS3 Slim, firmware update 3.00, a lot of Home updates and so on. Perhaps they were late because they were busy getting all that and more ready for the upcoming month. Should be more appreciative.

+ CepinTaxt on August 28th, 2009 at 9:59 am said:

Great update. Lots of good stuff. I can see why the team might have run into some problems. Plus Home is supposed to have had a huge update as well, right?

And

@ 3 and 47:

No one cares if you already played the demos on your 360 or from the UK store. Does that make you “cooler” than everyone else? What gives you the urge to tell the whole blog?

Better late than never. A simple message about the delay would’ve been appreciated last night, I must say- or at least a few words about it to lead off this message, maybe. Are we still getting Thursday updates, or is it going to be Friday from now on?

I was rather sad about the late update until I found out I could get my RB songs off of the Rock Band songs anyway!

But..Tomb Raider 2? Really?! Insta-buy. I absolutely loved that game as a child. For 6 bucks I’m willing to revisit my nostalgia. (As evidenced by my impulse-buy of The Bouncer for PS2 haha)

This is a very nice update. Come on people when was the last time we got 4 decent demos? The update was late, but it still is a good one.

a “sorry for the delay” message would have been a nice touch for the begining of this post. At least let us know you are human over there.

There is also a “Quick Updates” section at the top of this blog for those that didn’t know. They did at least acknowledge there was an issue with the update.
