Hi Everyone! Huge news for Canadian gamers attending Fan Expo this weekend at the Metro Toronto Convention Center:
PlayStation Canada is attending the show in a massive way this year offering attendees the chance to get some hands-on time with a few major first party blockbuster titles. PLAYABLE the first time in Canada will be on the PSP Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier and for PlayStation 3, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Buzz Quiz World, Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time and God of War III. Be sure to stop by our booth this weekend so you can play these top titles well in advance of their release. Also if you are planning to attend the show on Saturday, be sure to check out the panel discussion featuring the host of Electric Playground Victor Lucas and SCEC’s own Matt Levitan at 4 PM.
We’ll be giving away plenty of prizes and tons of swag throughout the weekend so be sure to come see us when you are at the show. This will be your only chance to play Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier and God of War III before release so don’t miss out!

Cool this actually a lot closer than most of the US ones for me and i live in the US in New York so this is a much more accessible show ill c if i can go up there for this sounds fun.

it’s about trophies. i downloaded the super stardust HD demo and all of a sudden i look in my trophies to find super stardust HD even though i don’t own it.
I wanna get rid of it. is it possible?

SCEC, this is amazing news!! I was planning to attend the Expo this weekend in order to enjoy everything besides gaming (typically the video game representation is very weak), but I’m going to be buzzing around the Playstation booth non-stop now!!! If I can get any quality time with Uncharted 2, Gow3 and Ratchet, I’m going to be one lucky Canadian gamer! (Usually we don’t get to see any of these pre-release demos north of the border)

Really wouldn’t matter even if I did live near there- I just never really get to any of these types of events. Hell, there’s one in Seattle if I understand it correctly, but it’s sold out well over a month in advance. Don’t suppose you’ll be holding any events in my living room in the near future…

If there is a lick of truth this revolving in game sound tracks and cross game chat on PS3 then I’m all for Sony telling said company to shove it. I don’t care if said company is Square, Konami, Namco, or any other they can go take a flying leap off the deep end. 3rd Parties should not be dictating Sony PS3 policy in regards to the firmware. I don’t care how powerful they are, I don’t care if they are EA. Kick this company to the curb and move on.
