PlayStation and Madden NFL 10 invaded the new Cowboys Stadium this past Saturday and the fans that attended scored big! Fans of PlayStation, Madden and the Cowboys took over the field to face off in the first football game ever played in the world-record breaking, state-of-the-art stadium.
In addition to being the first to get their hands on Madden NFL 10 before it can be purchased in stores, contestants also got the opportunity to face off against real pro, Dallas Cowboy alumni Rocket Ismail, and see their real-time gameplay broadcasted across the stadium’s famous 60-yard HD television! Texas native Germaine Donnell beat out over 200 other contestants to take home the grand prize of a new PS3 and a copy of Madden NFL 10, while 2nd and 3rd place winner’s Jordan Alvidrez and Joe Thigpen each received a PSP and copy of Madden NFL 10.
Thanks to all of you who submitted your photos to the Touchdown, MADDEN! Contest on the Blog. Make sure you pick up a copy of Madden NFL 10 this Friday, August 14th when it hits stores!
The winners walked away with PS3s and PSPs, including copies of Madden NFL 10!

That sucks! Why can’t Playstation do things like this in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It’s always in other state, but never here, why? Bring the Playstation truck here! I would like to have some of those goodies too.

The PS3 platform is growing very big im so proud of sony i m so glad i got my PS3 this christmas i was starting to get an Xbox360 i would have regreted it to PS3 lets u interact more as people then game players not trying to b negative but my last 360 hardware didnt last long at all

BTW I was wondering when the Playstation brand was going to become the defacto console for Madden tournaments again. I always see that they use Xboxes.. I remember it was not like this in the early PS2 lifetime…any reason why this changed?
