There is a great mix of demos, PS1 classics, Add-ons, and Pulse! (Love the outfit Christina!) Pulse is a great way to get up to speed on what’s happening with PSN. I always look forward to getting the latest edition of Pulse. I could watch Christina for hours!!!

What the heck is this?! There are still no new avatars? What possible reason could there be for a delay? This is stupid! Avatars aren’t hard to make, and the ‘no information at this time’ excuse doesn’t cut it with me. Sony promised a product with the new firmware update, and just like with Home Sony is dropping the ball, this time with something so simple and common place that it’s staggering to me that I have to wait another whole week just for avatars. I’m not even talking about animated avatars, but simply something new, something so common now that it’s just plain stupid of Sony to not provide even a reasonable explanation on why we don’t have them yet, like a firmware conflict of SOMETHING.

Seriously though, the more PSone classics the happier I am and this week delivered in spades.
Haven’t had time to check out the new update yet, but it sounds good. All i want to no is when 3.00 is going to get fixed. Just let us no whats going on with it and that would make everybody alot more happy then avoiding the subject. Oh and thanks alot for finally adding a Penn St college football theme.

Hey guys, did you manage to fix the problem that Silent Hill exhibits? Whenever you play the disc version of the game and you shoot an anemy, a high-pitched tone sounds. It’s REALLY annoying, and I’m thoroughly disappointed that I can’t play SH on my PS3 because of it.

Woohoo great update, alot of good PSone classics. Now I can dust the old PSP off and play some Silent Hill. Any chance we are getting Ad Hoc party soon? Also please tell me that Saga Frontier is coming to PSN. I would def love that gem on my PSP. By the way did you guys figure out a solution people who have UMDs and wanna upgrade to a PSPgo. This is the only thing holding me back from upgrading.
Again America has the Classics and Europe not, so Europe is not getting my money when it comes to that. Does anyone know if the PSP Go will be like on the PSP region free also for the PSN store? I’m planning to use my US account then on my European PSP Go if I’ll order one. If region locked I’m getting one from the US instead. Hope someone can answer that… I’m really getting pissed about European publishers letting us wait for so long. We still haven’t got Suikoden, Metal Gear Solid, nor the Castlevania games in our store, can you believe it?!

Ok check this out. You can complain about not getting a D-Theme that has Europe and not get it. Like dudes go and do a Euro PSN account and enter the store. Also since PSN UK got FIFA 10 demo over there I bet the demo will arrive next week no later than 2 weeks more here. And wanna thank PSN for all this things this week.. FIFA 10 demo, Wipeout D-Theme for free, Movil Suit Gundam 30th Anniversary themes, Afrika D-Theme (Or Hakunna Matata in Hong Kong), and all the Mini Ninjas videos for my naphew to see from the UK, HK, and Japan stores. I bet all the Game Raters like IGN, Gameinformer, Gametrailer, The Escapist, ect. does this all the time. Nice worldwide update you guys, keep it up!!!

Awesome Now I can play a good Silent Hill game on my psp for cheaper then the Resident Evil port. Ad Hoc Party for monster hunter and Final Fantasy 9 and you got yourself a real winner here.
Fallout 3 DLC?…
@Juben, check the PlayStation Store update head up and you’ll see I’m most definitely informing SCEE they’re not getting my money when it comes to PS Classics. Mike keeps on saying that its down to the publishers and its due to legalization. Yah right, Suikoden has been released before and you can’t tell me it takes nearly 2 years to legalize in Europe after the US release, while FFVII released nearly simultaneous on the PSN. Its really getting on my nerves.
I hope it’ll be announced really soon, I want Gran Turismo on the PSP and you’ll get that for free when you buy the PSP Go in Europe within 2 weeks after the release.
Or else I’ll get the US PSP Go, simple as that…
Out of all of the content released yesterday I have to say I am excited that I can finally give Silent Hill a try. I was too young to play it when it first came out and sadly couldn’t afford a PS1 at the time so I had to go with an N64. I love the PS3, I can ply all of the PS1 and PS2 games I missed out on as a child.
The fallout 3 DLC will just come out by the time the GOTY comes out, and I bought the original when it first came out, so you’re saying if I want to buy the fallout DLC sooner I’ll have to get the game AGAIN??!?!?!
What a rip off, I’ll just get other good RPGs like Dragon age. The chances of me buying this DLC now is low, and getting the DLC the same time as the GOTY is a poor marketing sales move, especially with the current economic state the world is in at the moment, as the price for each pack will be £15.

Is it true that the Juggernaut update for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 has been pulled from the network? I bought it last night and was wondering if it was either going back up in the future, or is there going to be some sort of refund for people who already bought it in the event that it is actually free DLC?
I see all these update’s but Sony I live in the UK you really need to :
– The good PS1 classics in the UK.
– PSN cards
– The movies on demand service.
