This ‘let’s introduce a premium avatars’ concept and ‘not actually bringing them premium avatars’ thing is getting really annoying. It’s bad enough we had to go through that update, uglifying the friends list, adding PS Store icons everywhere. The one good thing next to ‘What’s New’ still cannot even be used.

I know it’s not you guys at Playstation’s fault, but where is Resident Evil 2 and 3?
I’ve been waiting forever it seems. I have no choice but to wait longer, just hope the wait isn’t until next year.
Why are update times so inconsistent?
Much better than last week’s. I’d ask where the Final Fantasies are but I know next week is GTA:Chinatown and Half Minute Hero (at least they’ve said as much, it better not be more than a week later than retail).

another week and no avatars nor more dynamic themes. Why release a feature if you are not going to support it. You are just wasting resources when it can go to other things we care more about like in-game chat and cross game invite.

Shouldn’t Half Minute Hero have been included in this update? It came out this week on umd, and I thought psn releases would be the same week? It a shame, because I was planning on buying it. I’m really starting to regret the psp go, as it looks like we will be getting the shaft on smaller, new release games.

Wow, what a lousy update.
Nice to see some original stuff for the PS3 PSN, but what the heck happened to the PSP goodies? Most of the PSP Legacy updates are games that, brand new, fetch US$14.99 (namely, Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX).
And only ONE PSOne game? And ANOTHER Tomb Raider game to boot? There are scores of classics to tap (Tecmo’s Deception, Bushido Blade, Skull Monkeys, Tekken 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Rage Racer…), so where are they?
And while it is nice to have a discount on a couple of games here and there, would it not help push PSP/PSPGo sales to have a mass sale like with the NIS America games?
Finally, would it be so hard to have a consistant upload time? Even Nintendo’s weekly update happens at the same time each week, while it seems that the Playstation updates are randomly posted between 5 and 9 EST on Thursdays, if then.
Come on, Sony. Get it together, and you can pull in the dough and player support.

I bought the UMD for Crisis Core, but dude to my 1000 series analog breaking, I’ve been unable to play it.
I’m buying a Go tomorrow.. I won’t mind buying it again, or the other 10 UMD’s I own.
Just hope the process goes a lot quicker and you guys can get my games on the store :\
