The rest of the update is great as well!

Ratchet demo downloading now.

Love to play connect 4 or battleship in the ps3 but not at that price… Hey Sony, make some dynamic themes not gaming related please… Or bring the motorstorm ones from the europe store, they have more and better themes. A abstractal dynamic theme or something will help. The southpark one is a good start but look childish in the preview. Avatars? I don’t care, maybe only a yankees one

Thanks a lot for this update, I had been eying Super Startdust Portable for a long time and it seems it’s time to seriously consider picking it up. A shame the sale is only a few days as I would probably pick up Myst on Thursday when I get paid again.

Also somewhat disappointed to not see Resident Evil 2 on there, or any Playstation games really.

Still seems like a good update, if a bit lacking considering it’s right before a major holiday.

Nothing too interesting in the update for me this week, the new R&C demo is nice, but I’ve been playing the whole game for a few days now (fantastic game!).

I would like to say THANK YOU for bringing the Uncharted: Eye of Indra comic to the Canadian store this week, still have NO idea why only the US got it last week, makes no sense, but oh well…going to watch it now :)

hey people that are saying why the update is taking so long, you should be happy that they are making updates. At least the updates come out and they don’t do something bad like miss a week. So, just saying, be happy that Sony is updating the store.

Picked up LocoRoco Midnight Carnival, Zombie Tycoon, Jax and Daxter demo, and also Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. Damn good job. Looking forward to spending alot of money in the upcoming weeks. LBP, Assassin’s Creed, Jak and Daxter, Star Wars Battlefront all on my list next. Hope to see them on the PSN on release dates.

Anyways, Jak The Lost Frontier demo is a plus. Ratchet demo would have been a plus, if I hadn’t already bought the game hah (loving it btw). The rest seems to be add-ons and videos (meh).

[This post ONLY refers to this week's PS Store for PSP Update.]

It’s nice seeing another sizeable update for the PSP. While it’s great seeing demos for Crystal Defenders and Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier (which I downloaded already), it would be great if more demos were added more often. Demos are definitely a great way for gamers on the fence to try out a game firsthand. Anyhow, thanks for the update.

Okay again as a psp owner I’m feeling a little jipped by Sony. There are many great PSP games out there and I’m still not seeing a lot of great downloadable games. From my understanding of when Sony announced the PSP Go, I thought (and apparently a lot of others did too) that Sony was going to get as many of the games that at least were recent into downloadable form in the playstation store and we are seeing very little. Even some of the more POPULAR PS1 games still sell big and we aren’t seeing many of those either. I would really like to see an article that explains the digital process so we can see why it takes so long. The homebrew company can have a playable PS1 game and PSP games on thier PSP in a matter of hours and Sony cant even do it in months? Maybe Sony needs to hire the Hackers.

a decent up date, can’t have a bunch of ‘hardcorez’ every week.

if anything i gotta suggest one thing to you guys at the Sony team.

have a regular time to update it, updating it at 6 PM central time is really not acceptable and then the next do it in the morning central time. At least keep the updates on a good schedule.

Also keep bringing over the PSP back catalog onto PSN. would really liek to download Ace Combat, Metal Gear Solid and Crisis Core.

Grace would it be possible to compress titles on the PSN store?
im constantly having to miss out on things because there so big, like qore.
i would happily subscribe to that, but i cant afford to waste 1.5GB of my monthly usage every month, if it was less than 1GB i would happily subscribe.
i have lost count the amount of things i have missed out on because i don’t have enough bandwidth, like the R&C demo.
i would love to download that today, but i cant because my net has been caped and if i do to download the 2.3GBs would take several days.
i just don’t understand why everything has to be so big.
also those videos for uncharted 2, there already on the game aren’t they?

Hi Grace,

I just wanted to know why there hasn’t be a Call of Juarez Bound in Blood Demo Released on the US PSN? It was released on the European PSN over a month ago, I just don’t understand why it hasn’t be released over here & I know that Sony doesn’t really want people to create PSN accounts in other regions so it would be advantageous of them to release content in every regions stores so people won’t have too.

Also if there is a logical explanation to why it hasn’t been released here I would hope you would answer it in next weeks Store post since you don’t really spend all that much time answering questions.

Thanks
