So we’re just not going to get any news about the glitchy Disgaea 2 DLC then?

Uuuuh Nemesis! But, where’s Eye of Indra?:(

12

+ Korlithiel on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:25 pm said:

This only seems like a decent week because of RE3, otherwise nothing really worth downloading for PSP users.

I’m with DMeisterJ, any chance you could let us know the status of FFVIII, Vagrant Story, Tombo, or Legend of the Dragoon?

+ DaveTheSnake on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:25 pm said:

Good update…Are we ever going to get FFVIII?

Still no Demon’s Souls dynamic theme… :(

+ fester420 on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:26 pm said:

I think I’m gonna save my money for pixeljunk shooter next week. We need more dynamic themes though, at least one a week. I can’t go back to normal themes now.

+ Caudill on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:26 pm said:

What happened to Revenge of the Wounded Dragons??? Figured it was delayed a week cause there was already 3 PSN games coming out that Thursday, but I guess not.

Anyway, pretty tame update overall especially compared to last week…RE3 is cool, nice to see all those promised Capcom classics finally being released but I already own the game and have for a LONG time so looks like my money stays in my wallet this week.

Hopefully the rumours of Pixeljunk Shooter coming next week are true, but I’m not getting my hopes up, that’s for sure.

Any word on when we can expect Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 for the PSP PSN store?

23

+ Tjoeb123 on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:28 pm said:

It’s a good update on PS3, but not so great on the PSP. I wish Star Ocean (both of them) would come out to PSN…

@DMeisterJ
VII? Don’t you mean VIII? I really hope that hits before Xmas.
Also why not add the other PSX FFs as well? (IX, Origins (or PSP editions), Chronicles (also has Chrono Trigger), and Anthology)

24

+ Wolf26pack on December 3rd, 2009 at 3:29 pm said:

Wow Capcom is really pumping out the classics, that’s great. Now I’m hoping you guys at Sony can pump out some of the Twisted Metal Series. I know the 2nd one is out but I really miss the 1st one and hope that could be released sometime soon. Also while I’m near the front of the blog post, Will we ever be getting that Call of Juarez Bound in Blood Demo? or at least tell us why we haven’t gotten it yet?

I hope you can answer my question as I have been asking every week.

Thanks
Wolf26pack

Decent update…except my PS3 60gb model died on me this morning…so pissed right now because I won’t have PS2 backward compatibility anymore! Looks like I’m gonna have to settle with the slim…

PS- Grace, you guys at SCEA have to really figure out how to enable PS2 emulation on the new models. People want backward compatibility.

@Korlithiel
All of those plus the other great Square-Enix RPGs (sans those that were later ported to PSP, specifically SO:TSS and VP)

Totally forgot about Legend of Dragoon. I have a (4-)disc copy, but can’t seem to finish it because of the messed-up battle system.

Two resident evil games back to back… because that was really needed…. and FF8 has been out in Japan how long now? months?

Sony fails because it took them over a month and a half for dissidia to be released and they really act like thats going to hold them over.
