Happy new year everyone! Here’s this week’s update on the new comics being published to PlayStation Store today. Just like we do with the game and video stores, we’ll be providing weekly updates of all the new content coming to PSN. Just a couple things to note: this week we are releasing The Avengers, Daredevil and Civil War #1- #7 from Marvel.
If you haven’t tried digital comics for the PSP yet, this is just a friendly reminder to update your PSP firmware, download the digital reader (which you can access under the Extras icon on the XMB) and visit the Comics tab on PlayStation Store. There are over a dozen free comics to download.
Enjoy!

How about the Resistance comics? Since the Resistance series is a Sony exclusive, why not add the comics? I’ve wanted to read up on these, but none of my stores have had them.

FYI
The comic reader is PSP only.
Also, at this time, it is only available in US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
I would like to see graphic novels added to the list of comics.

Enjoying All Hail Megatron is the plan to include the whole series?
Some sort of “previews” or release schedule would help us consumers make more informed choioces about what to read.
Also comics should come out on Wednesdays it’s tradition.
Not that I want them but I’m wondering why their aren’t ads. Sometimes its fun to see them perticularly in the old comics. Seems like a revenue maker to me.

For what it worth you could get the real copies of all those Avengers books on eBay for 10 bucks.
We need a subscription service.

I understand it may not be an easy job to please everyone, but i agree that its rediculous they can update this first thing in the morning and yet, like usual we have to wait until a random time throughout the day for the store update. If the 360 can update, more often than not, by the time i wake up in the morning, its very annoying to constantly have to wait all day for a Playstation store update…

I find it quite annoying Grace, that you start THIS post with Happy New Year Everyone…when well over 10% of the customers that YOU are responsible for are not offered this service.
Please separate the blog into sections for ALL SCEA customers and sections for only US based SCEA customers.
You want to get credit for servicing EVERYONE in this post…then do so and address your customers that are not getting the same services from SCEA even though we have paid the same or more for our hardware.

Please tell Archie comics to put their Sonic the Hedgehog comics up on the store. It only makes sense to have a comic series based on a video game available on a system that plays video games. It’s logical!

It cost like $21 bucks plus tax. You should say thanks to Sony for the $7 withdraw.
