When will the PS3 be able to move subtitles into the 2.35:1 area. Since the PS3 i a perfect Bluray player it has to add the ability of moving subtitles for user that has got a 2.35:1 screen. Philips and oppo has allready got this feature.

i went to playdium a couple of weeks ago and they had a 3d tv that required NO GLASSES no joke so it is possible
there was no mist water or any other stupid stuff it was legit

the reason for needing to buy the games again is because the game has to be made with 3d in mind. they cant yet magically know what image to bring to the front and what to send to the back with a standard game.
that being said i dont think games wil cost more cause they already use 3d models in game.

movies on the otherhand require using a 3d camcorder so it is harder to do.

some tvs are already 3d compatible they need to have a refresh rate of 120hz or more because they need to send 60 frames per eye to make a smooth 3d images tho having a 120hz tv does not guanranteee compatibility

I’ve heard about all the things when it comes to 3D but I am not a huge fan of 3D and here’d why. 1. The glasses 2. You have to buy a new HDTV. 2. You have to buy a new blu-ray player (even though the ps3 will have soon a firmware update for 3D).
