If you want to be entirely literal, then yes, Thursday could concievably mean any of the 24 hours, but come on! We’re all gamers! When they said the Playsation 3 would be released Nov 11, they did not mean at 5 pm. People lined up at stores KNOWING that the system was going to be available at 12 am, Nov 11. It is part of the language of gaming: if something is scheduled to be released on a date, it is understood that that means at midnight!
