It is wonderful that you update us everyweek with a list of new content. What your users could really use though is a timeline and framework that will address the horrible DRM on the video store. I’m currently on my 3rd PS3 (and it isn’t sounding too healthy at the moment). With the current TOS and DRM on video, everything that I buy is at risk of non-recovery as it is tied to the machine and not my PSN ID. There are isolated cases where SONY has allowed redownloads but that is the exception not the rule. Your TOS says you are under zero obligation to assist your paying customers (you know…the ones that are not torrenting their movie content) if they have mulitple systems or have a system repair issue.

Please address us, your consumers, as to whether this is being looked at or not. Your title is ‘Senior Manager’ so perhaps talking directly to us, your consumer (the ones that keep SCEA employed right) isn’t in your job description. If so, please delegate someone else in your firm (as Manager I assume you have some direct and /or dotted line reports) to address us, the consumer.
