I’m having trouble with that episode of Naruto, too. I am on the phone with Sony right now. I got through to a live person within 5 minutes including going through the automated system. They just gave me a refund. He told me to check the forums for an update before repurchasing

it says (this is not available on your account)its make me going crazy!!! what i have to do please answer me anyone.

Why can’t we ever get a change to the DRM? All I want is the ability to redownload my content, but clearly that’s too much to ask of Sony (along with anything else that makes sense for consumers to desire).
