Weak. XS Airboat Racing?? Seriously? Is there any criteria in picking the PSOne “Classics?” The price drops are nice, as is the FIFA Demo. Good for the Music games and LBP updates, nice to see but nothing spectacular. The rest.. lame. Another week of low expectations being met. I’m starting to forget why I look forward to Thursdays… at least tomorrow is Friday.
Hi, there. Great update this week. I was quite pumped about the LBP Incredibles costumes and the Flower soundtrack. I was just wondering if you could answer a question for me, though (and it’d be greatly appreciated if you did)? I’m from Canada. I was wondering why the US Store received a Lord of the Rings Dynamic Theme and the Canadian Store didn’t? I mean, besides the movies, our two stores are pretty much identical. Any plans for that theme to come to the Canadian Store? I’d buy it in a heartbeat. Thanks!
Great week for the PSP. I probably get Patapon 2 then with that price, and since it a permanent price drop I probably wait for a little bit.

Thanks sony I feel like you guys are starting to put a little more effort towards the PSP Go. I am not hoping we can get some price drops on some more popular games like assassin’s creed bloodlines, or god of war chains of olympus. Any word on if or when that might happen?

this update was good. I think spreading games out is a good idea , they cant just drop em all in one day. Just because final fantasy core not on ps go dont mean the ps ps go i dead, get real with that bs tlk. ps go has so many features top telephone companies are trying to mimic it.. Psp go aint falling off, is just getin warmed up , there 185 go games to download, i have 24 titles on my psp go. music tv and active sms telephone service. so Ha ! to the haters..

That game you uploaded is NOT a PSone “Classic”. vagrant Story, which has been out in the EU and Japan regions for some time now, is. Please try to get that instead of this generic crappy old games no one played in their prime, and that no one wants to play now. Thanks. Better luck next week, maybe then you’ll get some of my money.
A huge victory for PSP go owners such as myself today. I almost cried when I saw all the price drops, especially for J&K and Motostorm.
You people complain so much, instead of seeing how much ground the content for the go is starting to cover. Firt you all complained about no Blazblue, they give it to you, and for cheaper than the UMD. Did you say thanks, no you find new reasons to complain. Now it’s no Crisis Core, calm down and be patient, good things come to those who wait.

@109, Actually, I’ve noticed that the store has been pretty much regularly updating around 5 PM PST. Sometimes it’s earlier (like this week) and sometimes it’s late, but more times than not, the store updates somewhere in between 5-5:15 PM PST.
Thanks for the update, but another weak one for the PSP. Really glad I decided not to get a PSP Go, seeing the severe lack of games that are downloadable. I heard you only sold 300 in Japan in the entire MONTH of January. I hope that’s not true, because that’s really embarrassing. Especially considering the fact that you sold 100,000 PSP3000 in the same country in the same exact month.
Sigh was really hoping for more out of the update. Currently have 3 cards to activate each with 20$ and ended up only having to use one, for the only thing they added that was good. The Flower soundtrack for $2.99
Maybe next week I’ll get to spend some more money -_-‘, obviously you guys won’t care since you already had it from when I bought the cards.

On another note I gotta say the the psone “classics” seem to be dissapointing alot lately, whats the last meaningful game released as a classic? FF8? I cant even remember, psone had some great games, id like to see more of the greats and less of the “what the hell is this?”

@128 – It’s kinda hard to say w/o any details from yo. The reason(s) can vary wildly from anything like an issue with your system to a banning due to some infraction of PSN’s Code of Conduct on your part. PSN *IS* up & running.

I was only asking why the dynamic theme for Lord of the Rings never came to the Canadian store when, for the most part, the Canadian store is identical to the US Store.
Why are all my comments awaiting moderation? There’s no swears or slang words in them at all.
I’m curious as to why there has been no response to the request for games like vagrant story (among other PSone titles). There have been multiple requests for it every week. If it is not coming, can we have an explanation as to why? if it is coming can we have an approximate time line or even a confirmation? I don’t think many of the gamers here mind waiting, but rather the lack of information/communication defeats the entire purpose of this forum.
