I’ll be getting the zen pinball and magic orbz add-ons and final fight and can’t pass up on that price for wipeout hd – been waiting for it to go on sale for a while .
good thing I went and got another psn card today .
With so many racing games out there why is wipeout hd the only one represented under the “racing” banner? Might as well NOT call it Racing week, instead call it Wipeout HD week (since the psp versions of Wipeout aren’t part of the deal).

Hmm, earliest I’ve stumbled into the comments for an update. I gotta say that MrBeatdown is right times a billion. I have NEVER spoken poorly of an update and I’m not exactly going to start now, but I was honestly disappointed that we only had one racing deal this week. I think it’s a good one since so many people love it, and I would love to pick it up at half off. Unfortunately, I played the demo when I first got my system over a year ago, and I suck at controlling those vehicles.
Guess I’ll be waiting for next week’s line-up.
P.S.- Not that I condone it, and I personally am more patient, but I see why get so antsy about update times. I’ve really been looking forward to every week’s update lately!
P.P.S.- To berzirk, I think classic just means old to them, regardless of its original popularity.
On the psp minis how come some say psp only next to them I thought they were compatible with the ps3 also.

Nothing special for me personally this week, but that’s fine. Not every week has to have some new MAG add on or uncharted 2 map pack (although that would be awesome :D) Also, anyone without Wipeout HD yet: that pack is an AMAZING deal; it was already a steal at 20$, and now it’s 10! Buy it just for the graphics alone!

3rd Thursday in a row Sony will not let me give them money since I’m locked out the PSN on my main PS3 because I love my Linux more than games. Granted I could use either of my PSPs or even my 2nd PS3 but sorry I can’t give you any more money to a company that will not even give a decent response to the out cry of some of it’s loyalest customers.
Seriously Sony, why only one PSOne game an upload? I’d rather have something obscure like PowerSlave or Tempest X3 show up than more sports games…

Same here. PSN isn’t looking like much of a loss right now though.
As the PS3 continues to grow in popularity, the number of asinine posts seem to increase with no end in sight.
So, Final Fight and Sam & Max release on the same day and people call it anything less than awesome? Rest assured, many of the people who post on this forum do not represent the hardcore gaming enthusiasts.
wipeout is worth it, had it forever, monopoly is mine, anything else not worth to me, my psp 32 gbs has bout 8gb left but itsmore like a PMP than a PSP bcause the DLC is 90% ofno interest to me and although i buy movies on PSN theprice ofyour movies vs a Blu Ray disk with digital copy AND BD Live is cheaper!! I dont know why i cannot see my movies from my harddrive via remote play aymore like it use to be and that sucks too… E3 Really was boring for the most part last year and this year i hope its not flooded with 3D stuff because unless u gonna spend for a new 3D HDTV forget about it!!! anyways the 3d movie update for ps3 has been delayed so i read via n4g, the gaming update still a go. Junior League Baseball is not a PSOne classic!
I think that with the release of every game there should be avatar bundles in them. For example when you buy Uncharted 2 there should be some new avatars available for you when you buy that game when you install the install file or something. It’s an easy fix.

There were multiple (and quite substantial) PSP price drops last week on good games like Patapon 2 and MotorStorm: Arctic Edge.
We really need a sorting/organizing filter for our download history in our accounts…
It sucks searching through 400 downloads to find a simple game or dlc you purchased.

On the update this week though, pretty lackluster this week again, wipeout and final fight seem to be the only good things worth downloading. The PS classics are still crappy as can be.
