I can’t say it’s a bad update, some really nice games and DLC this week…

but why can’t we have real PSone classics??? “XS Moto” is not a classic, it’s an old, bargain bin game and nothing more…

also, what’s so difficult about creating new avatar?

but, as I said, it’s not a bad update… at least it’s way better than last week…

We have some classics yes, the rest is the stuff that if you owned the physical disk, you would use it as a coaster for your drink while you played something good.

And as lame as it is, most of the Disney crap that is spewing out on the Euro store…sold better than the crap we have been getting released lately.

I think a region consolidation is needed.
A true…Playstation Store…not Playstation Regional Store.

Every week, people ask questions and comment on the blog, and are answered with silence. This trend is disappointing. Of course you should ignore the pointless complaints, like other OS whiners, but some people post relevant questions that many others would like to know the answer to as well, and it seems they might as well be talking to themselves. To whoever runs PSN and the blog, why are we seeing no responses? A robot could come up with more feedback, and probably earn better marks for customer relations, too. If you don’t care about communicating PlayStation’s concerns and those of its customers, why should we customers even bother? And then, what’s to stop us from not supporting PlayStation in return?

Why do people still bother saying hi to Grace?

I think she stopped talking to people months and months ago, she’s probably hiding in basement with the US Singstar team.

Sony could replace her with someone who doesn’t have thin skin when it comes to complaining fans, but they seem to be too busy figuring out ways to get people to pay for demos and making PSPGo buyers mad for not being able to buy games that only come out in UMD form.

+ CantaloupeKing on April 22nd, 2010 at 6:42 pm said:

With the move to PSN Tuesday updates, I hope PSN and the blog better respond to customer demand and enthusiasm. So far, people have been demanding avatars, and have become increasingly frustrated at both the absence of product and lack of response. The same goes for recent PS1 Classics conversation. With the recent increase in low-demand PS1 games(reminiscent of the Spec Ops binge from a while ago), people are worried and annoyed that their words fall on deaf ears.
May 4ths update should be especially important. Personally, it’s going to be a deciding point for myself whether or not to care anymore about PSN, since it’s right after my birthday. If I don’t splurge after my birthday, I’m likely never to, so think about it.
But less personally, I can follow PSN- and the Blog’s behavior and not care. And when myself and other PlayStation customers don’t care anymore, watch out. I don’t see any reason to contribute my money to a store that doesn’t seem to pay attention to its customers. And if I’m still disappointed by May 4th, why don’t I just one-star every update just for the hell of it? Like I said, if you don’t care, why should I?
