  • iron man smokes on his boots

  • im funny

  • Nice update. Free Qore is exactly what I was thinking for Playstation Plus subscribers (it just makes sense). Plus is already paying off.

The only negative for this update is the still rediculous price for Call of Duty DLC. But of course that isn’t Sony’s fault.

I’ll give you a 5 for this update because it has LBP, MODNATION, MAG, and Rockband 2 all in one update

  • How do we contact Grace Chen?

  • I’m curious if stardust has it’s price reduced then what if they release it as a free PSN game after people bought it lol

  • again no psone classic and again no respect for the people that pay your wages. iam so sick of getting bent over by you people especially when you refuse to give a kiss before screwing us.
i am done with you imbeciles!!

  • I’m very happy with the Ps+. An its only been two weeks. I cant wait to see whats in store thru out the Yr. Thanks Sony.

  • DLC FOR ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 2?

    WHERE IS IT?

  • 158, Consider it seconded. Where is the MUA2 DLC?

  • Pathetic update once again. And where are all the psone classics at?Where is castle crashers? All of the ass kissers crack me up.

  • THIS IS A SWEET UPDATE!!!! Long time since we got an update this good!

  • I have to agree with 158 and 159. Any word on the MUA2 DLC?

  • @159 it’s back available on the stupids xbox system for a few days already but still not on psn….

I just want to know when it will be up on psn?

  • Dang I wish I could take advantage of those plus offers, but I just don’t have the money. Good update, and PS+ does seem to be worth the cash.

  • Nice, picked up SSHD!

  • WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE DLC FOR MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 2? IT’S ON XBOX 360 LIVE BUT NOT ON THE PS3 SO WHAT GIVES?

  • PSPgo owners, you’re in for a treat: Breakquest for only 2.99. Damn I love that game.

Dehh…. I thought PS+ content was monthly. WOOT!

  • Don’t buy PSN+ and do what I did. Go on the very popular auction website and spend around $100 on a used Wii. Get more bang for your buck especially if you softmod.

  • Just got the IRON MAN COSTUME !!! AND ITS AWESOME !

  • Monkey Island!

  • All right! Playstation Plus is really paying off. Free Qore? RIght on! And a couple of games, avatars, themes. Thanks for the update!

  • Good update.

  • Regarding Grace’s comment to @46:

    Grace just said:

“In general, free games and free game DLC in PS Plus is accessible for as long as you are an active Plus subscriber. Some items like free themes and free avatars are yours to keep forever.”

So, wait . . . that has changed with regard to add-on DLC? Back on June 24 in the “Playstation Plus: Your Questions Answered” post (https://blog.playstation.com/2010/06/24/playstation-plus-your-questions-answered/), the following was explicitly stated:

“Each month there will be dynamic themes, premium avatars and premium game elements/add-ons for you to download and many will be exclusive to PlayStation Plus members only. These are yours to keep forever once you have downloaded them.”

So, which is it? We were told ahead of time that GAMES that were downloaded free (rather than discounted) would be available only as long as we are subscribers, but we were told up front that ADD-ONS from the store were ours “to keep forever once [we] have downloaded them.”

  • Nothing good this week and PSN+ is still not worth it for me.

  • thx and great update . downloading the resurgence map pack now. butter i got sum ? is the price reduction on the ps+ if we buy theme games is it ours to keep or do we still have to stay active ps+ subscribers ? and can we get a price reduction on fate unlimited for the psp cuz its been in the price range of 29.99 4ever ? i mean i got initial d street stage for 5.00 brand new and the other day i picked up max dj fever for 10.00 at bestbuy . and i really like to try fate unlimited . bye the way love the fat princes avatar . thx

  • Thanks for the update Grace!

I would have never played Field Runners, but now that I get it for free, I’m gonna give it a try! After watching the preview again it actually looks like it will be fun! And the new avatars and Super Stardust HD sales are pretty awesome too!

Oh, and I absolutely postively LOVED that Naughty Bear Trailer! haha It was impossible not to smile at the morbidly humorous fluffy little murderer! haha

I liked this update, and I can’t wait to see what comes up next week! =)

  • I was happy to see Super Stardust HD on sale, I’ve been waiting a while for that one. Then I see it is only on sale for PS+, so a great big FU to Sony. 0/5 stars again this week.

  • Thanks Grace & everybody for another good update!

I promise not to complain lol. I just had a question that I’m sure you guys have heard numerous times as of late. When it comes to a Playstation Plus subscription along with a simultaneous Qore subscription, what happens to the overlapping of both subscriptions? Any possible reimbursement or waver to an extended subscription??

And I am kicking myself since I purchased those MAG avatars prior to my Playstation Plus subscription :o\ haha

  • What happened to all the characters from Marvel that were announced for LBP? Wolverine? Magneto? The Punisher? and others?

  • i’m sorry, Qore was actualy good this time, and i think it loads much faster, nice and i’m still a fan of plus, sorry :)

  • no ps1 games? hmmm… am i the only one that thinks it would be cool if tomba and mega man legends were on the psn store? also GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

  • Do you have any plans to allow entropay again? Im from Brazil, we dont have PS Store, so I have to purchase everything using the US store, since all my games are region 1, it wasnt a problem at all, because I have always used entropay for payment, but i cant do that anymore.

  • From June 24’s “Playstation Plus: Your Questions Answered” blog:

“Each month there will be dynamic themes, premium avatars and premium game elements/add-ons for you to download and many will be exclusive to PlayStation Plus members only. These are yours to keep forever once you have downloaded them.”

    Today, July 6, from Grace:

“In general, free games and free game DLC in PS Plus is accessible for as long as you are an active Plus subscriber. Some items like free themes and free avatars are yours to keep forever.”

So, what, the status of *add-ons* for PS+ users has changed? They’re no longer “yours to keep forever once you have downloaded them,” as was originally stated explicitly prior to PS+ launch on this very blog?

  • Hello, I was wondering something. The Playstation Plus content will be updated weekly or monthly? Please reply to my question, Thank You.

  • @183 As we just saw this week, content is being updated weekly (or at least multiple times per month), though the content rotates on a monthly basis.

  • Thank you again Grace for the update and the video store. You and other PlayStation staff are doing a great job! :)

Ro or Grace: Do you know when or if the PlayStation Plus subscriptions packages will be added to the PSP (PlayStation Portable) storefront? I don’t own a PS3, and I’m interested in getting a subscription for my account.

  • PSN+ User!

Score. Age of Zombies and Field Runners are both very decent, especially considering without PSN+ I wouldn’t have tried them. Thanks! :)

  • Lock ‘n’ Chase, Burnin’ Rubber, and Express Raider are PS minis, but where is Burgertime, the best Data East classic?

  • No PSOne Classics again? I would have thought by now you guys would be popping out 10 a week.

  • Thanks for the updates to PS+. Wasn’t expecting as much this week. Looking forward to trying Fieldrunners and will probably buy the Super Stardust HD content. Also looking forward to checking out my first episode of Qore. If this keeps up I will be extremely satisfied in my purchase of a PS+ subscription.

  • NICE! Marvel pack! awesome!

umm can we get Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 DLCs back pretty plz?

I barely got that game aaaand I really wanna play as Carnage and Magneto >.>

  • Great!! Now we get this piece of (put word here) this week while the competition get Blacklight Tango Down on their store this week… A REAL GAME!!!

Fail week for you guys, this sucks.

  • no new avatars….

  • Great update, keep it up.

  • A.V.P map pack sounds cool :0) And skate 3 add on 2 :0) Thanks for the info :0) JSFUSION

  • Fieldrunners is awesome for a Mini, just got done playing that for 2 hours, and my moneys worth from PS+ from that title alone this month.

I do hope a few times a year we’ll see some new (last year) PSN titles up for play! Like to get some trophies.

    Overall very pleased with PS+!

    Peace

  • I hope my invest returns on PS+. Man oh man…

  • Can i play mini games on my ps3 or i need a psp, do you guy recomend subscribe to Psn+? thx

  • I’ve heard Super Stardust HD is good and I want to take advantage of the sale since I’m a golden dpad member. However money is a little tight for me at the moment. Is it on sale for only this week? I’m hoping it’s for the whole month so I can snag it next week, otherwise I’ll be shifting some coin around to make it happen.

Also MK II would be a sweet pickup if it has trophies. Does anyone know if it does? I’m so in if it is.

  • why do you keep forgetting ps1 classics? do you hate us?
