PlayStation Plus FAQ

We’ve received a lot of questions in regards to PlayStation Plus: How to use it, what content is available, and more. Today we’d like to present some answers to some of the common questions we’ve heard.

PlayStation Plus

Q: What is PlayStation Plus?

A: PlayStation Plus is a subscription service offered to enhance your experience on the already free PlayStation Network. It offers you, the user, exclusive services for added convenience:

  • Automatic downloads where select game demos and other content get delivered straight to your PS3 system, so you don’t have to think about it.
  • Full game trials which allow you to play up to 60 consecutive minutes of a game. When you purchase the full game (or when you insert the Blu-ray disc of that game), you will get the PSN trophies that you earned during the trial.
  • Special discounts on the PlayStation Store and exclusive opportunities like select betas and select early demos.

Our goal is to deliver a valuable enhancement to your gaming experience.

Currently, you can purchase a three-month subscription at $17.99 or an annual subscription at $49.99 with an additional three months free. Subscriptions can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store, or you can purchase PlayStation Network cards at a retailer near you now; dedicated PlayStation Plus cards are coming in October.

Q: How do I use PlayStation Plus?

A: After you purchase your three-month or one-year subscription, your account will be branded as a PlayStation Plus account with a Plus logo next to your PSN ID. There is a PlayStation Plus category in the PlayStation Store where you can see all the offerings available to you at that time, or you can peruse other parts of the PlayStation Store and you will be able to see discounts, exclusive content and games, themes and avatars that are available to you in each category.

Q: What is the PlayStation Plus release schedule?

A: PlayStation Plus has a monthly rotating schedule of content that we post on a bi-weekly basis or, to rephrase, we post new content every other Tuesday. We plan to feature PlayStation.Blog posts the following Wednesday so you will see what’s coming (and what’s being taken down) for the next PlayStation Plus update.

Some content that was posted will be removed from the Plus category but not from the PlayStation Store. As long as you have downloaded the content and are an active PlayStation Plus subscriber, you will be able to re-download your content, even if it is removed from the Plus rotation or if you have deleted the content.

Q: What happens when my PlayStation Plus subscription ends?

A: The content you have downloaded as part of your PlayStation Plus subscription at no charge is only accessible as long as you are an active subscriber. The exceptions are free themes and avatars, which you will continue to have access to, even if you are no longer a subscriber. Anything you have purchased (even if you purchased it at a discount) will remain available to you even if your subscription ends.

Q: My subscription expired, but I renewed it late. Will I get my content back?

A: Yes you will.

Q: What do I currently get with PlayStation Plus?

A: PlayStation Plus offers a variety of discounts, games and exclusive content. In general, you will have access to at least the following, which rotate monthly:

  • 1 PSN game or PSone Classic game
  • 2 minis
  • A monthly Qore single episode

Currently, there are categories from our partners at Midway and Tik-Creat Games that offer 20% off PSN games and free add-ons.

We will continue to regulaly update PlayStation Plus with XMB themes and avatars, exclusive items, select game demos and additional discounts. We will also offer exclusive opportunities only made available to PlayStation Plus members such as our current Hulu Plus Preview and the discounted two-year PlayStation Protection Plan.

Q: Is Qore included in PlayStation Plus?

A: Yes, the current monthly single episode is included in PlayStation Plus — the same episode found on the PlayStation Store (regular price $2.99 per episode). Annual Qore subscribers still receive their monthly subscription including their additional downloadable content.

Q: What about those exclusive game betas?

A: Betas have limited invites and based on selection criteria not every PlayStation Plus member will get access to every beta; however, we’re working with game developers to make qualified PlayStation Plus members the first to gain access.

Many game betas are done to test certain parts of a game or certain functionality (like previous game add-on integration) so that when the final version of the game launches, it’s the best it can be. Oftentimes, betas are extremely limited as well. We need to ensure that members of Plus meet that individual beta’s requirement to be issued an exclusive invite.

There are two betas for PlayStation Plus members coming up shortly and more details will be announced soon.

Q: Why did X country get this and we didn’t?

A: Different countries have different rights, release schedules and, as many of you know, have different things available in their PlayStation Store for this reason. We are constantly working to align our content globally, but to also ensure that our North American audience gets the content that is available to them as some games are released globally on different schedules.

Q: What about Cross-Game Chat (or other functionality)?

A: We are constantly working on new services and features to enhance your PlayStation experience; however, Cross-Game Chat was not announced as a part of PlayStation Plus’ features. We know that Cross-Game Chat is a functionality our fans are extremely interested in and we are always striving to improve the PlayStation Network experience and services.

We invite you to send us your feedback and suggestions using the PlayStation.Blog Share tool (located to the right of this post) and stay up to date on what we are doing by signing up for newsletters, our forums, and following us on the PlayStation.Blog, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • please sony give us back our old PSN and please everyone support our PS+ protest and together we can beat this and get our PSN for free once more

  • I really liked that PS+ user got access to Pixel Junk racers 2nd lap a week early and also got a discount.

I wish we could get more themes, don’t need to only be dynamic, and avatars.

Lex I also wanted to say thanks for the feedback. It’s refreshing to see comments from the staff.

  • Any chance of making PS+ items available through Media Go or the PSP? I am on the road frequently, and it would be great to be able to purchase these items remotely (using a PSP or PC) and have them downloaded and ready to go on the PS3 when you get home.

  • Hmm… There’s a lot of food for thought here! Nuff said.

  • I had a nice suggestion , but went over 1,250 charachters. In short…Plus, Move, and Beta. Merge the 3 and you have the ability to utilize technology for those who have it, more ammo to convince new buyers, and it shows you have confidence in and support your product…unlike Sega did with every system except the Genesis. Also, sims of football, MMA, and boxing for the Move!!! I see The Fight, but I mean like NFL and UFC like.

  • First of all, why should I have to pay money (join PS plus)for a demo like G.O.W. Ghost of Sparta when it should be free in the first place? Why are you forcing people to join PS+ in order to access this demo? Second, you guys say that if we sign up for PS+ that we will get free add-on packs. Does that mean that I will be able to download the add-ons for G.T.A. IV (The Lost and the Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony) ,which are currently listed at $19.99 a piece, for free? If the answer is no, then why not?

  • I’m having problems with a hacker named ViciosDaKilla. PSN please do somthing he already broken my friends PS3.

  • I mean ViciousDaKilla

  • My wish list for PS+:
    1. Cross-Game Voice Chatting.
    2. Cross-Platform Text/Voice/Video Chat (between PS3,PSP (may not have video chat), PC (via the official playstation website depending on your region), blu-ray players, sony bravia tvs & all future Sony gaming platforms (e.g. PS4/PSP 2 etc).
    3. Sky Player
    4. Virgin Player
    5. Sky+ HD Player
    6. V+ Player (HD)
    7. Revamped Internet Browser (with help from either the Google Chrome Team/Mozilla Firefox Team or even possibely both =P)
    8. Since Google introduced computer to phone telephone calls, this might also be a good feature on PS3s.
    9. Mozilla Thunderbird/Google Mail Support (full-support) on the PS3.
    10. Ability to download videos from BBC iPlayer, as well watching them in HD, and integrating the facebook & twitter feature on iPlayer as well.
    11. Integrate Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Bebo, Flickr & Orkut onto PS3/PSP.
    12. Just as Windows 7 has Xbox LIVE connectability features, Android, Symbian & Blackberry Phones should have the same with PlayStation Network =P
    13. I have soo many more but I’m not sure I’ll be able to fit it into a single comment lol X)

  • 14. Skype Support for PS3
    15. Google Talk Support for PS3/PSP.
    16. SeeSaw Support for PS3.
    17. TVCatchup.com support for PS3.
    18. These are quite good ideas in my opinion, I think you folks at Sony should consider a few of these (or even all of these if u like em =P)

  • LIES!

What the hell is this: “1 PSN game or PSone Classic game”

The service started with: 1 PSN game, 1 PSone game, and 2 Minis per month.

Stop saying you are trying to improve this service when you are failing to give us what was originally stated.

I should have 15 PSN games, 15 PSone games, 24 Minis, 15 dynamic themes, and a handful of avatars when my subscription ends.

I don’t care about the 60 minute game trials because they will ALL be on old games I have tried already.

Plus COULD be a nice service, but it seems to be more geared toward newcomers, not the hardcore.

on a side note, I completely stopped buying anything new on the store. There is no point when a sale will be right around the corner.

  • I really think its horrible that you only give beta to a select people and not to everyone i even changed mt email it see if I’ll get one and i got nothing you need to change that because that’s not fair to the ps+ members but i like it so for and everyone getting upset about the cross chat you should just tell them that is was just a rumor.

  • Sony, I do understand that you cannot grant beta invites to every plus subscriber. I am aware that your goal with Plus is to be in the millions of subscribers and you cant give 5 million people beta invites. Having said that, you could have and should have specificly mentioned that in the initial press release.

Also “One PSone classic OR one PSN game” is a change. We were initially promised both each month, you can still give us the “we still think plus offers great value” line all you want, that’s not what was promised.

I stopped subscribing to Qore because you changed the game and stopped giving out free games with it. I expected you to do the same with Plus and refused to sign up as a result. Thanks for proving my decision was a good one.

While on the topic of Qore, expecting people to subscrible to both Qore and Plus for the odd benefit here and there that doesn’t overlap is insane.

  • I would really like to get the PS+ but you all haven’t really shown me anything of worth. I mean. The only games that look good to me on PSN right now is the old Final Fantasy classics and Flower. I only play RPG games like that, so will you all give us more RPG’s like that? Great graphics, great stories, etc. I mean, if not, then at least give us back our right to play our old PS2 games. If I’m able to play my old PS2 games on my PS3 just by buying the sub I will. But, I mean. Where are all the cool JRPG games that you’ve had in the past? Hopefully you all even think about bringing some “Tales of” games to the table. But then again, what it seems to me is that you people focus on just the guy hardcore gamers, instead of us female gamers. And it’s really frustrating. Can ya’ll at least let us scan the games into the PS3 and have us download them from the PSN network? That’ll be cool. I really hope someone answers this.

  • WE WERE PROMISED 1 PSN GAME AND 1 PS1 Classic EVERY MONTH….

I WILL NOT STAND BY THIS SH*TTY MOVE AND WILL EXPECT SONY TO DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISED US – THIS PSN+ FAQ WAS DONE TO TRICK PPL TO THINK OTHER WISE.

  • WE WERE PROMISED 1 PSN GAME AND 1 PS1 Classic EVERY MONTH….
I WILL NOT STAND BY THIS SCAM AND WILL EXPECT SONY TO DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISED US – THIS PSN+ FAQ WAS DONE TO TRICK PPL TO THINK OTHER WISE.

  • I’m a current plus subscriber, but wouldn’t people that wait a year before getting plus get way more content? Since they would have a year’s worth available? How does this work?

  • If what I’m hearing around North America east coast is that PSN will no longer have free service after 12-1-10, People are spreading this all around on everyones message list around the east coast and so on. I don’t mind paying for the PSN and services I don’t have the playstation plus just yet waiting for more exciting offers to appear before I get it. Everyone knows playstation move will be the newest item out soon, but that will not be enough to pay for the service. One thing to remember is that we are still in a recession.

  • I have been a Playstation fan all my life and I enjoy the variety of exclusive games that Sony has to offer. I have been subscribed to playstation plus since day one and feel satisfied with what they have offered. I would like to recieve more frequent firmware updates that include more useful features such as cross game voice chat, video messages and a music store to listen to music while playing a games. It would also be nice to innovate a application feature in the psn store that includes facebook, twitter, skype ect and other popular apps to download.

  • Well if you really break down what he said (and I love doing this)it says “In GENERAL you will have access to AT LEAST One PSN game or PSOne Classic”. And as far as Cross Game Chat goes………THEY’RE WORKING ON IT!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cross Game Chat ?

Why can’t we just get a simple ” Yes or No “.?

PSN could be great if Sony took on what Gamers have been saying.

PS+ NEEDS to update more than just a few recent games played. Why not do the last 10 games played.?

We ( In UK ) have iplayer, as an app on the dashboard. Can we have other popular apps added to this.?

I would like ” News Feeds ” back on my dashboard so i know whats been going on. Why this got took away is beyond me.

Can we have ” Voice Messages ” added to the PS3.?

The service started with ” 1 PSN game, 1 PSone game, and 2 Minis per month, plus more content ” I don’t think it’s fair to change this by giving less content. If anything PSN needs to add more content so that PSN users have more choice in products.

  • 1 PSN game or PS1 classic?

seriously….I feel robbed, that is not what they promised!!!!

  • I recently upgraded to Playstation Plus and I like it so far…. my question is with the auto download feature. Is there something you need to do to set up this feature? It can’t be automatic because it doesn’t know what I want to download… I’m diggin’ the disounts and free games just would like to implement this feature. Any help would be appreciated :)

  • Through in some cross game chat and a psn video or two and ill join

  • Wow, so many Xbox losers trolling this website. Seriously, you Xbots are so STARVED for games.

  • I’ve had 5 ps3’s on my sixth one (slim now). Lost over £100 worth of purchased content on my previous main account, as sony bumped me an wouldn’t deactivate the ps3’s.But I have been duped and bumped again!

THOSE THINKING OF PURCHASING PLUS DONT! REASONS BELOW!

1: THERE ARE NO BETAS (AND EVEN THOSE THAT THEY SAY WILL BE COMING NOT EVERYONE CAN BE PART OF! DONT ADVERTISE STUFF AT LAUNCH THAT YOU CANT GIVE OR PROVIDE TO ALL OR EVEN ADVERTISE BENIITS THAT DONT EXIST!

  • 2: AUTO DOWNLOADS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE VIDEOS, IT IS SO BAD THAT YOU CANT EVEN PLAY AN OFFLINE GAME AN CARRY ON DOWNLOADING! SO YOU MUST WAIT FOR GB GB OF DATA TO DOWNLOAD WHILE YOU FIND A FEW HOURS TO DO SOMETHING ELSE!

3: CROSS GAME CHAT! WHAT A JOKE! IT ISNT EVEN A BENIFIT ITS ALL LIES! THEY ADVERTISE STUFF THEY CANT PROVIDE! AND YOU’D THINK AN INNOVATING COMPANY LIKE SONY WOULD’VE BEEN ALL OVER IT FROM THE LAUNCH WHAT A JOKE!

  • 4: THEY GIVE YOU DISCOUNTS ON RUBBISH CONTENT WHICH IS OLD AND NOT WHAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR (IF YOU WANT DISCOUNTS USE THE SPECIAL OFFERS SECTION ON PSN!)AND THEY GIVE YOU FREE STUFF I ALREADY OWN! AND HAVE PURCHASED BEFORE ON MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT!

If this isn’t enough of a reason for you not to purchase this service then you like to waste your money! and get duped! No wonder people want to hack the ps3! Because you take the mick out of paying respectful customers! those of us that have supported you right from PS1 to now, are being ripped off! YOU WILL NO LONGER BE DEFENDED, I WONT BE GIVING GOOD OPINIONS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO ASKS OR I KNOW, I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION FULL STOP!

  • hoping that cross game chat is released soon

  • Home content! I can’t possibly stress this enough.
It’d be nice to have some exclusive content that regular users do not have access to unless they are Plus account holders. I can almost guarantee that many of the hardcore Home users would purchase an account simply for unique items or personal spaces.

  • will u ever maybe giving free content or discounts on VIDEO or maybe stuff on our PSP like GOW ghost of sparta demo we r use the same account that we`re use on ps3 (i think im am)

  • I’m really confused about the inclusion of Qore, could someone please clarify for me.

What’s the difference between getting Qore with PlayStation Plus or subscribing? I’m not sure what, “Annual Qore subscribers still receive their monthly subscription including their additional downloadable content.” Don’t PlayStation plus members get the monthly subscription and the downloadable content?

Also, do Qore subscribers get any kind of discount or get their subscriptions of Qore extended for buying PlayStation plus? I’m curious if there is any reason to subscribe to Qore if you have PlayStation Plus, or if they will get any sort of discount if they subscribe to PlayStation plus after getting Qore.

  • I, myself, am a PS Plus subscriber. I have the one year subscription(technically 15 months) I feel that the best way to get our money’s worth is to provide both new and old school content at either free or discount(free is better) PSOne Classics should all be free for PS Plus subscribers. DLC should have a nice discount for PS Plus members as well since we decided to buy the game anyways. I’m sure you guys can work with the game developers to see how to make us happy. You know the saying, “The customer is always right.”

Another thing refresh my memory what is cross game chat by the way?

One more thing more PSOne Classics also like Rival Schools, Legend of Dragoon, etc. If you can get Final Fantasy 7,8, and 9 on the PS Store, I’m sure there wont be a problem putting Dragoon on there since the game was made by Sony.

Thanks and get back to me on that.

  • How are you guys exactly selecting who gets a beta or not?

  • Please do not make Cross-Game Chat avaiable only for Plus subscribers!

  • What would make my PSN+ experience better would be that the “free” games were something relevant and newer. I don’t understand why the free psOne titles aren’t games anyone would really want to play.

A lot of stuff are also things that I’ve already purchased in the past. I think the better approach would be allowing us to pick one free game a month that we would want to play, just set a price cap with what we could choose. I’d rather have one free game a month of my choosing, than 2 games that are either terrible or that I already own and a couple of minis.

One thing I feel we should absolutely get, if you are going the discount route, is to get discounts on new PSN games as they come out. even by just a few dollars, it would be more appealing. I find myself not even wanting to buy PSN games anymore out of fear that it’ll just become free to PSN+ members later on, thus making me feel like I wasted money.

I would of course appreciate more features, like cross-game chat of course.

  • Its painfully obvious to all that PS minus is a failure of epic proportions. It has no redeeming value and as such sony should just refund money to everyone who subscribed. SCE should be looking to redeem itself in the eyes of its customers not continue to rip them off.

  • Excuse me, but in this same blog, in this topic (https://blog.playstation.com/2010/06/24/playstation-plus-your-questions-answered/) you wrote the next:

“Games & Special Offers: As a subscriber, you can expect to get your hands on free monthly PSN games, minis and PS One Classics from the PSN Store. You will be able to download these games during the month they are available until the new selection replaces them.”

OK, clearly says “free MONTHLY PSN Games, minis AND PS One Classics”. I repeat “AND”… not “OR”. In fact, you wrote “PSN games” in plural, I can understand that should be at least two, right?

And, in fact, in that same topic you wrote: “Each month there will be dynamic themes, premium avatars and premium game elements/add-ons for you to download and many will be exclusive to PlayStation Plus members only. These are yours to keep forever once you have downloaded them”.

And last month you didn’t do it. So you own us…

    (Excuse my english)

  • Excuse me, but in this same blog, in this topic (June 24th) you wrote the next:

  • I hate to say this… but Sony deserves all the grief that comes with the PSJailbreak. Once they start losing money from the pirating of their games, perhaps then they will wake-up and start providing their customer base with what they deserve.

  • I only just read this post today because as an existing Plus subscriber I didn’t think there was anything I needed to know. So… originally the PS blog advertised that with Plus we would get to keep free add-ons when our subscription expired. Then they went back on that promise after we’d already paid. Next they took another step backward and said no dynamic themes every month. Now they’re saying we aren’t even guaranteed a PSN game every month? And they aren’t even telling existing subscribers about these changes, but hiding it in a FAQ post directed at prospective customers? I’m the biggest Sony fanboy around but this is getting ridiculous. This is some serious false advertising and I likely wouldn’t have paid for Plus under these current terms. Not pleased! Does anyone know whether we get a partial refund if we cancel?

  • I am a day 1 PS Plus subscriber, and so far I would have to say, I am not sure I am pleased with the PS+ service.

Why? Well to put it simply, it’s a mess. Perhaps I expected/hoped for much more out of a PlayStation Plus experience for my $50 than others.

I wanted more connectivity with friends via In-Game voice chat, AND In-Game video chat with nearly any game using the XMB.

I wanted a souped up web browser that actually works, perhaps with FireFox integration. I want to see it start up fast, and work like any other normal web browser.

I expected the free PSOne Classics to be something great, and of real value, like the Final Fantasys, Twisted Metals, Silent Hill, Castlevainias, or something else worth actually downloading, and playing on my new 3DTV. Games like Macross: DYRL would be great to bring over here for the PSN. But giving us Rally Cross, 2Xtreme, and whatever else you have to offer are just horrible ways to get people to dish out $50. Bring on some FEAR EFFECT or something!

    to be continued….

  • continued…

The Automatic Downloads are a nightmare. It never seems to download the demos I want to play, the firmware update I needed recently, or anything I care about, however, it does seem to grab off the wall content I could not care less about.

Perhaps if there could be a way to checkmark the items we want it to download somewhere on the PSN store, or in a new area on the XMB, then it could specifically download what we really want while we are sleeping, or away, instead of just randomly downloading a demo we don’t need.

I expected beta access to be for all PS Plus users, and not to just a select few.

I was hoping that the PS+ “free PSN titles” to be of decent quality, and some great value. Critter Crunch, and the discounts on the games like Cuboid, Mortal Kombat 2, Mahjong and such, are a decent start. But I really expected to see something that will get people to see REAL value in the PS+ “free PSN games”. Something like Braid, Castle Crashers, Scott Pilgrim, etc… some BIG titles to wow people and get them to open their eyes to what they can have on PS+ for free just by being a member.

The Minis are fine I suppose, keep em coming. Mushroom Wars and Fieldrunners are decent.

    to be continued…

  • continued…

I am very disappointed in the new warranty extensions for PS+ users. I feel completely robbed, as an owner of 5 PS3s, 4 of them purchased around launch time (60gb models), and one purchased about 7 months after, (80gb console). One of my 60GB units just YLODed due to using Folding@Home 24/7. As a PS+ member, I should at least get some kind of decent discount on getting it fixed! Also considering that F@H gave it the YLOD, an application made specifically for the PS3, doesn’t make me any happier as a PS3 owner. Does being a PS+ Member help me here? No.

It’s nice to see Qore included, but Qore is not something I was paying for to begin with, and it is not something I would pay for now. So for me it is of no real value to the PS+ membership.

60 minutes of free trial is just not long enough. Give us 90 minutes or 120 minutes to test the game please. This will give more people time to really know whether they like the game or not. I myself take my time when playing a game, and I sit back and listen to the music and stuff, and before I know it 60 minutes is gone. It’s just not enough time to sample a game IMO.

    to be continued…

  • continued…

And for petes sakes let us sample more than one game a month! And make it a good, newer game! Something people get excited about, not a game that came out around when the system launched, like Warhawk. Give us Socom 4, or Motorstorm 3 etc… full blown 90 minute demo before launch day!

And last but not least, making PS Plus members pay for Motorstorm 3D Rift demo sucks. As a PS+ member, and an owner of a new 3DTV, I expected all my demos of 3D content to be free of charge. And that’s what 3D Rift really is, a demo. It should be a free patch to the actual game, for everyone, esp. for the PS+ Members! :(

So, IMO you have quite a way to go in making the PS Plus experience great, and a worthwhile value to all its members.

  • So far i am very satisfied with ps+, however if we start getting only ps1 games every month i will be very displeased. Specially since every ps1 game given so far with ps+ has been junk.(imo)

But personally, i don’t mind not getting beta access, i got by just fine before this “beta craze” and will do just fine without them in the future. However there is 1 beta i really want to play, which is LBP2, preordered the first and played it day 1 (and is currently my only game i have 100% in)and already preordered the Collector’s Edition of LBP2.

But my only gripe with ps+ are the game discounts a week or so after purchasing the content full price,(recently happened to me with fat princess and the ps+ discount) and when games get a discount and a week later (after i already bought it) get discounted even further (cuboid).

  • Is the response to Cross-Game Voice Chat always going to be

“We know Cross-Game Chat is a functionality fans are extremely interested in and we’re always trying improve the PlayStation Network experience and services.”?

How about some kind of clue as to whether it’s being developed, tested, coming soon, not even started working on it?, never gonna happen, in beta testing? What’s going on with this? Any progress report please?

  • The only thing that really disappoints me about + is that almost every game offered for free so far is one I own.
Now I’m nervous to even buy anything. lol.

I wish there were options for those of us who already own the games offered.
It is really disappointing to wait a month and then realize the game offered is one I own.

  • Your complaints don’t matter. The only way to get them to actually care is if you all unsubscribe. When they see it’s not making any money they’ll be all ears.

  • im not liking the whole “1 PSN Game OR PSOne Classic” thing…i personally havent played ANY of the PSOne classic games.

Its pretty obvious at this point that PLUS isn’t gonna win people over or get people to stay with the content that is currently being offered. you all honestly need to roll out exclusive features just for us PLUS users, the paying users. And please, no 1 little feature at a time kinda thing. Auto-downloads+Qore is the only draw to this service so far. 1 free rental a week from the Video Store would be nice by the way(Our choice hopefully.)

Also, allowing people to vote for the new PSN game and other free games would be a big help. Also, discounts on recently released games rather than 1-2 year old games would be a lot better.

Sony needs to set in stone what kinda service is PLUS going to be cause this flip flopping on what people originally payed for is doing your service any justice and is looking like a joke right now and just a way for you to rip your consumer base off for a quick buck. My 3 months runs out this month and hopefully something is announced in the coming weeks to keep me a PLUS member.
