Could you get a life and quit posting that every week? FYI, the “PS3 Legacy” expands every week at Best Buy, Gamestop, and Wal-Mart. They are called RETAIL GAMES.

If you’re concerned about the “PS1 Legacy”, go on ebay and buy the freakin game you want.

And as for the “PSP Legacy”, shouldn’t have bought a GO… thats all I have to say.

  • Where is Fifa 11 for the PSP? It was released last week on UMD, has been available on the European PSN since last Friday…….Why don’t we get it in the US?

  • Allow me to join the chorus of unhappy + subscribers. I was hoping the first three months were the worst ones. Guess it will only go down hill from here. By all means, please enjoy wiping your arses with the $50 I sent your way hoping for some beta love. So far all I’ve been able to really use is two mini’s and an avatar. “For the serious gamer”, my kiester.

  • Where is the Dead Rising 2 DLC content? I thought the ninja skills was supposed to be released on Oct 5th? And, a new skills pack every tues…

  • Wait, so you have to PAY to access MoH bonus content on top of what it costs?

  • @megamixer

No one cares dude, seriously shut up.

  • still I dont see the ski lodge for Pain ! damn!

  • Wow I think support for Plus is going down the same path as the PSP Go, going to be non existent soon. Qore, couple themes, 1 avatar and 1 mini? Boo guys. At lease give me discounts on a wider selection of PSN games, not classics.

  • where is netflix it should be discounted for psn plus members

PSN plus members have been gettin lackluster incentives for supporting sony.

Where are the new features for the PSN overall this holiday season should be for drawing in consumers with cool new things that consumers are happy about when purchasing their new system. I really want sony to win but are truly not listening to the consumers and when they do, it’s a minor upgrade in oppose to a bigger request. i.e. cross game chat. I get frustrated with sony response to their supporters wants.

  • Why Sony never fight or do something to bring to America the game Tales of Vesperia And I almost sure that Talesof Graces F is not coming too Im very sad an millions of PS3 hardcore gamers

  • the flying toasters are funny

when will MGS and/or RE3: Nemesis be on sale?

  • PSN+ has been very disappointing. I am starting to feel like I wasted my money.

  • Wow good job Playstation Plus. I was looking forward to the Assassins Creed Beta but only “select” users got it…can we PSN+ Users actually get something worth renewing for I mean as of now when my Playstation Plus expires I wont even care.

Nothing I get is worth renewing for >:(

Good job on the non-PS+ Store Update looking forward to those.

  • OMG i can jizz myself on this update, i downloading tonight

  • Very disappointed that Alien Breed is $14.99 when it’s 800 points ($9.99) on Xbox Live. $11.74 is not a discount to me that feels justified, especially considering that some other new games in recent release didn’t get a discount. I know the PS3 version has updated features but that doesn’t mean they can pass on the “savings” to us in this manner. Once a game I was going to purchase, now a game I no longer care for. Guess I should have bought it on Xbox when it was $5 afterall.

  • And to think that I had my hopes up this week that we would finally get the Demon’s Souls Dynamic Theme that’s been available in Japan for a little bit over a year now…

I guess I was wrong. *sigh*

  • So last month had no 1 hour free trail? [DELETED] lame

  • Not much for me this week except Pulse and the Castlevania and alien breed demos

  • Demon’s Souls Dynamic Theme would make any update better. Please Sony, at least give us that.

  • Still waiting for these to be put up on PSN.

  • @DeadCell34
360 has Games on Demand. Why doesn’t PS3 have such a service? Consider the fact that PS3 had some retail to digital conversions (day and date no less) dating back to very early in the systems lifespan (starting with Warhawk in 2007 I believe). You choose to defend SCEA’s extremely slow (so much so that a competitor aped the idea big time) and confused service… why?

As for PS1 games, I already own pretty much every single one I want in disc form. Having them in downloadable form would be far superior as I could play them on PS3 or PSP. Classic PS1 games have been on the PSN store as early as 1 month after the PS3’s launch! Yet after almost 4 years there are only around 112 of them. Last year was great for these re-releases yet this year they’ve completely dropped the ball. They can only keep stating “licensing issues” for so long when a certain virtual console which holds tons of games far older than PS1 and a certain competitor which has over 400 BC last generation games on a system which isn’t even perfectly emulated. You’ve seen it fit to defend all of this… why?

  • @DeadCell34 (cont)
And I won’t own a PSP Go until its sub-$100. I own a PSP-2000. I also happen to have more digital PSP games then I do UMD. Why? Because its is convenient, less loading and less of a drain on the battery. What’s more is they aren’t even putting up every CURRENT PSP game release as other posters have mentioned, lacking various sports games, etc. You assume everybody that wants PSP games downloadable owns a GO… why?

I’ve stated a few times before that I’d happily re-purchase a number of my PS3/PSP/PS1 in digital format, nevermind brand new to retai games (as I did with Ys Seven most recently). It would seem that both you and Sony against people buying games in a purely profitable format… why?

  • more PSP games , themes , walpapers please , in other words more PSP support

  • The lack of the Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood BETA for PS+ members really turned me off. If I could, I’d get a refund.

  • so I’m guessing that the Red Dead zombie pack is next week hopefully?

  • i just found the AC Beta key inside qore

  • @118

That won’t be for a while. Probably around Halloween.

  • please release lara croft for the psn asia, i’m tired ofnwaiting :( ….

  • Nuradeen, are you serious or just messing? If it’s true it’ll just save my night from the brink of ruined.

  • Hey… Prince of Persia HD Trilogy is coming out for PS3, yes! But only for Europe… Please let’s do something!

  • @114

Easy, cause I don’t really care. Why would I want to download a full 8-10GB game when I can just buy it at the store?

Some of us live in areas where internet service isn’t exactly great. I have a 0.5MB-1.5MB per second connection which I pay out the a$$ for. Its the only service available, and most of the time… I average at about 0.9 MB. So why would I want to spend 4 to 5 hours downloading a huge game, which is also taking up all that room on my HDD?

And before you ask, yes I have an upgraded HDD (250GB). My point is, I’d rather just go to the store and buy a game rather than wasting time downloading the game and it taking up extra space on my hard drive.

As for PS1 games, I don’t see why it should be so important to have PS1 classics up for download every week. Yes, there are some that I would like to have on the store… but those are also games that I don’t own on disc. If I want it bad enough, I’ll order it. The only PS1 games I’m really interested in are HD remakes. I won’t buy games that I already have, its not too hard to walk over to my PS3 and insert a PS1 disc.

I’m not trying to defend Sony.

  • REALLY good update. Simply because we are getting a discount AT RELEASE. This is very important that we can get discounts on NEW content from third parties, not just stuff that Sony has endorsed. It’s a step in the right direction for PS+.

Also, many people don’t realize that we got Syphon Filter 3 already as Plus users for this month. Some were saying we only got a PSN game one month, then a PS1 game the next. Are you guys crazy or just greedy?

  • ok, enough with the free minis… they are useless…
I coulda bought more stuff with my 50 USD… starting to regret this…..

  • @125 how is alien breed new content when x360 has had it for awhile . they should have made the game 9.99 for a discount . @princesscake sorry i was just messing around , i wanted to feel like sony does when they mess with up plus members . and now i know why they do it , it makes you laugh look at all these people who believe in what “i ” Sony say and i was doing it for laughs

  • Oooh, castlevania demo :)

  • I was REALLY looking forward to playing the Brotherhood Beta..*sigh*

  • If Playstation Plus keeps it up with these PSOne Imports half-off sales, I’m going to keep buying them. So keep it up! :)

  • lol some people are happy with whatever crap they get ^^ ^^

  • at ps plus complainers I got my beta code through email so check your inbox and spam filter

  • Nice, a discount on a new game. Slowly it starts to become more and more worth it. I’m still ticked that I haven’t received a single beta invite, but at least these discounts are paying for Plus

  • @122 Just a cruel joke, you can weep now.

  • I was under the impression that we were suppose to get AC:Brotherhood Beta for being a plus member.. was looking forward to testing it out before I get it. The avatar was cool I guess but that’s about it lol. From the regular store, I can’t wait to play that castlevania demo =]

  • PLEASE HELP I CANT ENTER TO PLAYSTATION NETWORK,,,IT SAYS TAKES LONG TIME TO ENTER AND I CANT ENTER,,,,,WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? I HAVE INTERNET ON MY PS3 BUT I CANT BEGIN SESSION

  • Lol oh my I was about to get + buy I don’t know a semi good update let’s hope sony gets on their feet and make us happy and please stop complaining everybody

  • did any plus members actually get a beta invite?

  • So, How do PS+ subscribers donwload their ANNUEL Subscriptions to Qore? I’ve paid for a annuel sub on Qore, and I paide for PS+ at launch. Now, I can’t download my Annual versions of Qore which has already screwed me out of my free copy of PS1 Warhawk. At least say you got some way to fix planned? Cause I hate to think I’ve lost my money.

  • nope no plus members got beta from plus . if someone got beta don’t think it was from plus because it wasn’t .

  • @82: Don’t know the source of this problem but if you’re talking about very slow framerate and booting problems and if you have a PS3 fat, it might be on it’s last days… Already happened to me.

  • if anything paying psn plus users have the right to complain more and more sony is slacking and if they want to compete with their competitor xbl they need to hear it from their own before people who are uneducated of the system bash them. sony step it up and please please please! LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS STOP IGNORING WHAT WE WANT!!!!!!!

  • Thanks Sony for the Red Faction Beta. Played a few rounds so far. Decent update this week. One thing that I haven’t really like about PS+ is the minis. Most of them have been crap. What would be cool is maybe a HD movie rental.

Also what has happened to the free DLC a month. I’m not sure if I’m just missing it or what. I know we have had Killzone, and Warhawk, just not sure what else.

Besides that keep up the good work.

P.S. I’m with KarateChampChad, what’s up with the vague descriptions of the home packs. Let us know what’s in them Sony.
