In late September, we announced that select PlayStation Plus subscribers would be invited to participate in the PlayStation-exclusive Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood beta. Today, we are happy to announce that we have worked with Ubisoft to open this opportunity to all PlayStation Plus subscribers! Gamers interested in getting a first glimpse at the Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood multiplayer mode can access the beta from the PlayStation Plus category on the PlayStation Store.

So happy with PS+ so far!
Well, looks like ill renew my Playstation Plus subscription now that things are changing for the betas at least. The free content is doing a good job, just the betas were lacking because only a few could try.
You’ll see me renew my subscription probably later this week when i get the time.
I don’t want to sound like the numerous complainers on here but I do want to add my opinion about PSN Plus.
I was looking into purchasing PSN Plus but then recently found out that you do not get to keep any of the games you got for free.
To me that was a deal breaker. Being that only a slight amount of PSN games interest me and even a smaller amount have a Plus discount. So besides that it’s just the free games that attract me to purchase PSN Plus (I don’t really care too much for the beta’s, there’s lots of good games coming out to occupy my gaming time).
It doesn’t seem rite that you’re only renting the free games until your Plus membership expires.
We get too keep the Plus discounted games we purchased so why not let us get to keep the free games also?
Please try to take this into consideration.

Ok Grace you got this one… now if you can provide this kinda service on a weekly basis, i think you can salvage the bad rep psn+ is getting.

Thank you so much for doing this. As a product manager who works with beta test groups I understand that they can get to a point in size when they are more hurtfull then helping but it’s great to see this open up to a larger audiance after the initial process of gathering feedback has been done…. Any chance this will be an approach you will be taking in the future with other Beta’s? i.e. select PS+ members in a first round beta that get’s opened up to all Plus members at some point… I think that would go along way towards silencing some of the hate on the forums.

lol all those who can’t afford playstation plus and complain, not to be rude but go suck a big one… I’m paying for a service to get extra benefits, the deal was access to BETA’s and early access to demo’s, sony is coming through with the offer, thank you Sony, that’s dead space 2 tonight beta testing, and AC now

Beta sucks! just like the AC series as a whole. Ubisoft needs to focus on making more Prince of Persia games, that series is way better then AC will ever be!
Not open to mexican PS+ subscribers. We don’t usually get all the stuff but I was really hoping this one would arrive. Little incentive to renew subscription…

Ass creed, terrible game that is grossly over hyped. Very repetitive and boring game. Waiting for KZ 3 beta.
at the 7th of october the game was in the ps+ store but now he is gone and i didn’t had the time to dwonload it thats so stupid.

i cant connect to any sessions! all i see is connecting to abstergo agent 1/6,2/6,3/6, but it never actually joins me to the session. is anybody else having this problem?

explo, you dont HAVE to pay for plus, you can just choose not to be a plus member and just play like normal
