My brother and I got the Killzone 3 Beta theme an hour or so ago. :)
I hope that means I’m in since it’s rating was at about 1,114 when I downloaded it. It went from about 900 to that in less than 30 seconds. Pretty impressive lol.

$15 for a downloadable retail PS3 game? That’s a good price. It’s a good game too. It’s about $5 more then you can find the game used at retail but it’s better then what Sony is charging for Infamous and LBP.

I like this whole price dropping ps1 games for the PlayStation 15th Anniversary Sale, but you are price dropping horrible games, the only one I got was Castlevania. If you are going to have anniversary sales than price drop some of the big games, like the Resident Evil and Silent Hill games. It is Halloween season if nothing else.

While this is another very thin update for PSP owners (read, lacking significant content), the price drops make it a fine week for me.

Lots of people getting the beta code emails for KZ3 now… not me.
I’ve previously reported to Sony that ever since I changed my email address with them I never get emails (apart from store purchase confirmations) but they told me there is no problem. I think I’ve fallen through the cracks again.
Downloaded this at 4:12pm, almost the very second the store updated… will be pretty annoyed if I don’t get in.

You don’t even want this. I bought it for the XBOX 360 a while ago and the spawn camping was ridiculous. They have since updated it and the issue is still around. Save your money.
if you guys would add trophy patches to the old first party games i’m sure you would see a small surge in purchases for those games, even at full price
Great update for the psp. I am interested in at least half those games. I do wish I had a ps3, maybe next year, otherwise I would get that killzone theme and definitely play it until my fingers get numb. And don’t worry about what everyone says Grace. You guys are doing great. I am wondering if this price drop is preeminent to the psp2?

@161 I’m sort of having some of the same problem. My PS3 connected just fine for the downloads I made however, my PSP is getting horrible connection and seems to be taking forever for some reason
@175 NO ONE is getting e-mails for the beta. E-mails for the beta are going to be sent out on the 25th. Anyone saying they are already getting an e-mail is lying to you.
@161 I’m having trouble as well. Keep getting error messages when I try to log in. Nothing in my configuration has changed, and I tried restarting the PS3, router, and modem to no avail.
Oh thank god, does this mean PS Plus members will finally stop whining and complaining? Thank you Sony! That alone makes this a great update! Peace at long last!

I have friends who are having the same probs as you guys trying to log in, I could let them know its not just them. Not very comforting though, to know a lot of people are having trouble with the PSN.
And when is LBP gonna get new costumes/packs? I don`t want to see anymore lbp2 vids, its just a tease. And yes to avatars from more games, there`s way too much Street Fighter! That`s not the only game in the world! Could have had FF13, Demons Souls, AVP, etc… Sony would make loads of money off of Predator avatars alone.
