You list “The Tester – Season 2” for the Canadian store. Does that mean we can watch season 2 in its entirety right now?

Let me just start by saying I would have never thought about switching to Xbox, But man their Zune pass is Sick, Playstation store prices does not even land in the same continent, You guys will lose a lot of customer if you don’t get something like Zune pass, I know you guys have Netflix but the selection is very limited and no music.
I was looking forward to last week’s free movie until the time came and it never was free. Then it clicked: I’m in Canada. Lame :( Finally after all that waiting and we still don’t get all the bonuses you do. Well wait, we did get Charlie’s Angels! *rolls eyes*

same thing happened to me…Were in North America too, why cant we get free Halloween rentals? And yay for the free Charlie’s Angels *rolls eyes* I downloaded it and didnt even watch it :P
@7 yeah… it is kinda stupid that they advertised the free midnight movie on my Canadian XMB, and then when I click on it and go into the Store, it’s not there. Being lied to like that is even more disappointing than simply being left out.

It maybe “stupid” to advertise in Canada, but not as half as stupid as having a Canadian Sony Computer Entertainment. SCEA covers the US, Canada, and correct me if I’m wrong here Mexico. It’s a bit difficult to differentiate a Canadian machine from a US machine.
Though your PSN accounts could clearly state you’re canadian so that would be a work around. They don’t have multiple divisions at SCEA setup (at present) to really differentiate you guys.
In all honest I would prefer to see US and Canada get the same things, but you can blame borders and governments for this.

It worked perfectly fine to differencitate consoles when it comes to who can access the video store and who couldn’t. The video store simply wasn’t availble to us at all before… and since the “What’s New” or video icons get their information through PSN, can it really be that hard to make it so the free movie icon doesn’t appear on our XMB? It really is false advertising because there’s no mention of it being a US only offer if I’m not mistaken.
What in the hell is the deal with you guys not putting 90210 on the PS Store?
Is there a problem with that? Because all the other CW shows that are on right now are on there.

It doesn’t bother me that the free movie is US only (it is indicated above in the graphic)…it DOES bother me that SONY wastes my bandwith advertising to me in Canada on the XMB that a free movie is available.
