Rey Gutierrez's Avatar + Posted by Rey Gutierrez on Oct 31, 2010 // Senior Social Media Specialist

Happy Halloween! Not only do I bring you this week’s new releases on your favorite PlayStation console, but I bring you a collection of last minute Halloween costume ideas. Zeus! Ares! Athena! Oh my. Your favorite mythological Greek God-killer, Kratos, returns on the PSP this week with God of War: Ghost of Sparta. Stayed tuned this week when we debut my latest video feature when I visit the set of “God of War: Game Director’s Live,” where the game directors of God of War reunite and dissect the making of their epic saga. David Jaffe’s and Cory Barlog’s PlayStation 2 classics God of War and God of War II are remastered in high definition and bring the Blades of Chaos to the PlayStation Network this week.

The PlayStation horizon is filled with games this week branching from the PlayStation 3, PSone and even the PlayStation 2. Ditch the candy corn and get ready for delicious PlayStation Halloween treats in this week’s The Drop.

Let just say the game I’m thinking of rhymes with “Man Furismo Jive”. (wink, wink,… stomps foot… writes Gran Turismo 5 on white board… explains what he is referring to is Gran Turismo 5… gives up after plainly expressing his interest with Gran Turismo 5… goes to sleep… awaits April Fool’s day, now moved to Nov. 2.) The End

Look at the presence that LPB2 has on this blog. Constant posts, videos, a beta.. they even suffered the same fate as GT5 with a delay but they’re back on here at least letting the fans know what is going on with the game. PD doesn’t seem to give a crap about keeping the fans informed through this blog. They’re tied with Sony Computer Entertainment yet even they don’t contribute anything. This is truly strange.

@127

PD doesn’t have a community manager.

how at this point in the game a developer like PD doesn’t have a community manager to get at the very least SOME info out there is beyond me.

then again the silence we are getting from the PS blog community managers is even worse because at least they are here supposedly to get some important info out to us fans. Instead we get post after post of blissful ignorance to the pressing issue at hand.

The utter and almost complete disappearance of Gran Turismo 5. We are yet a few days away from what would have been the biggest launch in the PS3′s history and instead we are greeted with nothing. Absolutely and completely nothing. No reason, no explanation, just more unanswered questions and speculation which has plagued the ENTIRE development of GT5.

Wake up PD!! Wake up SONY!! We aren’t gonna be here forever, waiting like good little lap dogs. Too much of my hard earned money has gone into this series only to be treated as if we are mindless drones willing to do whatever, whenever because its “gran turismo” I’ve had enough and by the rest of the comments in here so has everyone else.
